The decor is modern style yet very comfortable. Restaurants, shops, and the National Park are all a short 15-minute drive away. brbrThe property features a spacious kitchen for gourmet cooking, open layout living and dining area, it has 2 master bedrooms with two full bathrooms. You and your family/friends can enjoy the pools and nature with high privacy. Keep your vehicle out of the heat in the two-car garage. Our indoors has modern Nest cooling system which always keeps the house comfortable in all seasons. brbr— Number of guestbrThe entire property has 2 bedrooms. This is a simple stay that leans into the desert experience.brThis is an 8' x 30' x 10' shipping container (240 square feet) converted into an off-grid tiny home. There is a large outdoor patio, with three stairs leading to the front and side doors. The container sits on 5 acres of partially fenced desert.brbrInside, the main room includes a sofa bed, stove, fridge, sink, kitchen counter, and a mini split HVAC unit. There is one bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, plus a separate bedroom with a California king-size bed that fills the space, along with a small cabinet wardrobe. Upper windows in the bedroom let you fall asleep under the stars on clear nights, and yes, the stars really are worth the hype.brbrOutside, you’ll find a wicker outdoor couch with cushions and a wooden bench that converts into a picnic table, all centered around a propane fire pit. S’mores supplies are provided.brbrFarther from the container, there’s a hammock and a stock tank that can be filled with hose water for cooling off. There is no hot water option for the stock tank.brbrThe tiny home runs on solar power during the day with battery storage at night and is designed to balance off-grid living with a few modern comforts. Power is limited and meant to be used mindfully, so this stay may not be the best fit for guests expecting unlimited electricity or a fully traditional home setup. For those who enjoy a quieter, unplugged experience and spending more time outside than in, this is part of the charm.brbrThe home is connected to city water, propane, and a septic system. The fee is $150 per pet, up to 2 pets.
