You will have plenty of room to relax in the living room with a comfortable couch, big TV and cozy dining area adjacent to the kitchen. The living room couch has a full size pull out bed (memory foam). brbrThe kitchen is really nice, spacious and open. There is a lot of room in the kitchen cabinets to store your food. We provide all of the basics cooking equipment so you can easily make the family a meal after a fun day at the beach. Gas range and oven, microwave, big refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, toaster, etc.. We provide some of the basics (salt & pepper, oil, sugar, etc..) brbrThe master bedroom has a king bed with pillow top, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower, large wall mount TV, ceiling fan, and convenient bench to put your shoes on. br It's a very comfortable room. This bathroom has a shower, toilet and single sink vanity with plenty of storage for your stuff.brbrThe second bedroom has an adorable built in day bed (little shorter than a twin), great for a kiddo that wants to sleep in room with mom and dad or it makes for a great reading spot! This room also has a flat screen TV and ceiling fan. brbrOne garage spot is included with the rental of this unit. Parking can be hard in Newport especially in summer and on weekends so having a parking spot is really important. However, there is also free parking in front of the house and a paid parking lot nearby that is free at night which is helpful for guest parking.brbrThere is a dedicated washer/dryer for your unit in the garage (no charge) We even provide laundry soap.brbrEverything you need for the beach is included and here on site, including bicycles with locks and helmets, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, surfboards, wetsuits galore and more! Saves you a ton of money and super convenient!brbrWest Newport is awesome. Take the bikes to Huntington Beach or the Newport Pier. The Newport Pier is only 2 miles away and Balboa Fun Zone is 4 miles away. Or walk across the street and have breakfast at Cappys, lunch at Eat Chow, or grab a quick snack from the Newport Beach Cafe. brbrThe beach is huge on this end of Newport so it doesn't feel crowded and its very relaxing. Lifeguard towers all around and on duty all summer. Also some great surf camps right in our beach backyard - you could walk the kids out in the morning and get some time to yourself! brbrBalboa Island is just across the water from the Balboa Pier and Fun Zone. This is a fun ferry ride via car or bike with the kids! Don't miss the iconic chocolate covered frozen bananas when you go. brbrPlease do NOT make a reservation if you are coming to party! It won't work out and you will lose your deposit and get kicked out. By suggestion of the City of Newport Beach we have noise alert equipment and Ring Cameras (outside) to monitor noise levels.
