Has view of the lagoon and waterfalls. Sleeps 2brbr“Rapunzel’s Tower Room” Bedroom: Rapunzel’s amazing talent for painting inspired this room. We captured her colorful imaginative artwork in custom wall murals. You will truly feel as though you’ve found her secret tower! This room has a queen sized iron bed. Has view of the lagoon and waterfalls. Sleeps 2brbrConnected to the living room and dining area is a HUGE kids multipurpose bedroom and playroom with access to the backyard. This room is imagined after one of Disney’s classics and one of our personal favorite movies- PETER PAN! brWe’ve taken to calling this our “NEVERLAND ROOM”. In this room, we have built-in two sets of bunk beds into a central giant “Hangman’s Tree” House, just like the ‘lost boys’ have. The bunk beds are twins over full sized beds with twin trundle beds under each. This room can sleep 8 easily and comfortably. brThe “Neverland Room” feels especially spacious because of the vaulted wood ceilings and the beautiful bay window bench seat. Which may remind you of ‘the Darling’s’ children’s nursery window bench and it is perfect for curling up with a good book. Custom murals add to the ambiance.brbr“Under the Sea” Bathroom: This bathroom has an enclosed shower, single sink vanity and toilet.brbr“Dalmatian” Bathroom: This bathroom has a bathtub/shower enclosure, single pedestal sink and toilet.brbrThe living room has 2 full sized couches, 1 cozy occasional chair, a 60” LCD HD Smart TV and an inviting gas fireplace. The dining area is connected to the living room and has available seating for 10. Plenty of space for special meals together for a fun game of cards. A collection of games is also available. Connected with both the living room and dining room is the newly remodeled, fully stocked, custom kitchen. The kitchen has lots of counter space and a large center island with seating for 4. There is plenty of room for multiple people to be working together, and because all of the living area is open, the cooks won’t miss any of the FUN! Through the kitchen is access to the game room with a Foosball table, ping pong table, a kid’s pretend kitchen and a couch. There is a washer and dryer also available for use. Which is one of our favorite things when on vacation because it means you get to pack less AND to go home with clean clothes!brbrOur own “Neverland” looks out to the “Pirates Cove” backyard. This brand new, resort-style, private backyard includes a lagoon style salt water pool with a separate baja kiddie cove, extensive rock and waterfall features and a 25 foot long WATERSLIDE!! There is also an oversized inground Jacuzzi spa, BBQ, game area, and fire pit area. Optional pool gate is available upon request. This backyard is perfect for enjoying the beautiful, ideal southern Californian weather- year round! Our vacation home has 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and features the most amazing backyard with a lazy river pool and slide, outdoor dining room, outdoor living room and space to play! We have a huge playhouse for the kids and a BBQ for dinners outside in the California sunshine!brbrLazy rivers are one of my (and my kids) favorite things and we usually seek out resorts that have one. No need now as there is a lazy river right in the backyard! The pool is in the center and the shallow end has a big baja shelf. There's a bridge over the river to an island that gets you into the pool and completely encircling the pool is a 5' wide and 3' deep lazy river! A rock slide goes over the river to the deep end of the pool and there is a sitting grotto and double waterfalls under the slide onto the lazy river. The lazy river flow is so fun and we provide plenty of floats :) The pool area has grass to play on, an outdoor living room and an above ground spa. The entire pool area is fully secured with a fence and self-locking MagnaLatch gates. One gate takes you to the side yard and the other takes you back into the living room. The side yard is a great place for the little ones to play outside as it's separated from the pool area and has an awesome playhouse, a grassy area and an outdoor dining table with a BBQ. Our house is filled with gorgeous furnishings, sumptuous bedroom retreats for the adults (5 Cal Kings and 2 Queens), toys/entertainment for everyone and amazing themed kid's bedrooms: Frozen dreamland for the girls (feels like you actually stepped into the movie!) and Superhero "top of the city" hang-out for the boys with built-in bunkbeds and a ball pit! The adult bedrooms (there are 8 of them) all have comfortable beds and linens and unique personalities -- no one will have to double up since there are so many!brbrThe house is two stories, with all communal spaces on the first floor adjacent to one another. Our great room is huge (over 800 square feet!) and is ideal for family time at home. The kitchen is a chef's dream: spacious and open with a 48' Viking stove, 48' refrigerator, Quartz counter tops and a 6 person eat-at counter. Many small appliances, ample dishware, utensils and basic spices are provided. The kitchen flows into the dining room where our beautiful dining table awaits family meals (and board games!) and extends to seat 14. Off the dining room is the living room which boasts a gigantic 16' x 13' leather sectional and a 65" TV with plenty of room for the kids to romp around while the adults relax. Off the living room is our garage game room with an 8' Olhausen pool table (has a ping pong topper too), Tornado foosball table, leather sectional and TV. Our 10th bedroom doubles as a den and features a fully stocked entertainment center (Wii, large DVD library, board games, toys, books and travel guides) and is off the great room.
