The house features a fully-appointed kitchen and a relaxing living room that includes a fireplace.brbrOutside there are four separate living spaces including the two large balconies connected to the second floor suites, a front courtyard great for morning breakfast or a luxurious evening dinner, and poolside with lounging in and out of the pool, and a fire pit for cool evenings.brbrIn addition to the private pool on the property, there is a large community pool and spa across the street in the common area of this small, gated community.brbrWe keep it simple. We don't charge cleaning fees or fees to heat the pool (except during November through April when you can heat the pool for $25 per day). We provide enough consumables like soap and toilet paper to get you started, but you should be prepared to buy more during your stay.brbrThis is a quiet residential community. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7am. During this time amplified music outside is prohibited.
