In my experience with the rental of my unit, I have been very fortunate to have responsible tenants and have not had any complaints, but I also need to share the following information. Any fees & fines that are imposed will be the responsibility of the renting tenant.brbrWith these new restrictions comes some new rules to follow:brbr1. All guests must receive and review the document “Desert Princess Palm Springs Governing Documents”. As part of the rental agreement you must acknowledge you have reviewed the document and agree to these terms.brbr2. A $200 service fee shall be instituted for rental properties where the Desert Princess Patrol Services find it necessary to call Cathedral City Police or STVR Hotline to respond to a noise problem. This fee will be the responsibility of the tenant.brbr3. There is a strict occupancy limit of 2 persons for overnight stays and 4 persons for non-overnight stays.brbr4. There is a color-coded vehicle pass system for vehicles.brbr5. People in the area are extremely sensitive to noise, especially when music is up too loud. Please keep the conversations and audio equipment to a reasonable level, on the patio or at the pool, and either inside or outside, and no loud music is allowed at any time.brbr6.
