It is located in the quiet and lovely gated community of Paradiso (Paradise) in the upscale northern Indio area. The home has 5 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms and a large spacious open concept great room. There a 5 beds that can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. A variety of golf courses, hiking trails, tennis courts, restaurants, and a large casino are minutes away. Walmart, Ross, Marshall's, Dollar Store, the Winco 24 hour grocery store, Starbucks, and other shops and restaurants are all literally a 3 minute drive away. The home is a 25 minute drive from the Palm Springs International Airport. The Indio polo grounds are a short 6 mile drive away. El Paseo in Palm Desert and Old Town La Quinta are 15 minutes away. The home is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen and cooking materials, as well as, all linens and towels. Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The laundry room has a sink and a large washer and dryer. The pictures do not do this home justice (as you can see by the reviews), it is immaculate and beautiful. Since originally posting the pictures we have done several updates with the furnishing, brand new flooring throughout and a granite fire pit and beautiful patio set on the back deck. The Coachella Valley includes several desert vacation and resort communities including Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, La Quinta.
