There is access to the harbor beaches directly across from the front porch of this fully remodeled home. Amenities include a fully equipped updated kitchen, updated en-suite bathrooms for all bedrooms, and a 5th bedroom as an oversized bonus children's room with bunkbed's and a TV den area. This is the absolute ideal family home.



This home is a Balboa Island rarity sitting on a double size lot with a large grass backyard and 3 car garage. The main level of this home is an absolute stunner with an open concept and a wrap around patio with sweeping views of the Newport Harbor. It has a built in dining area, comfortable living room and lots of large windows to take in the bay view. 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms complete the bottom floor. Whale watching, and deep-sea fishing trips are close by with many boats that leave the Balboa Pavilion daily. On Balboa Island you can relax along the pristine beaches, go surfing nearby, check out the FUN ZONE, and grab a bite to eat at one of the many fine restaurants. The walkability of the property is excellent and the premises is a close stroll away from the Marine Ave. shops and resturants that make Balboa Island a premier vacation destination.



Getting Around:

Go for a walk around the Island and stroll along historic Marine Avenue. Indulge in one of Balboa Island's famous frozen banana or a Balboa Bar. Explore the area via the auto and passenger ferry to visit the Balboa Village on the Peninsula and take in the views of the Balboa Pier. Rent a bike, jet ski, stand up paddle board, or kayak.

    My girlfriends and I spent a wonderful weekend in Balboa at this stunning property. In addition to the unbelievable waterfront views, the home is immaculate and so beautifully decorated that it looks straight out of a movie. To our pleasant surprise, the home is also much larger than we anticipated -- everyone had plenty of room to congregate or spread out without feeling cramped. To that end, the home is very well appointed and came with everything we needed (if you enjoy cooking, you will love the kitchen appliances!). The check-in process was smooth and seamless; Julie, the property manager, was wonderful and so friendly -- we had such a great time meeting her! Overall, we have nothing but good things to say about this property and were sad to leave. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here and will most definitely be back!

    Perfect location, easy walk to the shops, bars and restaurants on Marine Ave. The house was extremely clean, very spacious and the views of the harbor were beautiful! Already planning our next trip to Balboa Island and renting the same house for sure!
