That yard belongs to the purple house adjacent to this property, so please stay out of the yard (including pets).br• All visitors must be approved by host.br• Be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise volumes low.br• We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT provided.br• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.br• Please note that we do require a signed rental agreement.brbrPet Fee:br• Please message us for pet approval prior to booking.br• Pets MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process. Includes 2 queen beds. brbrThis house has a huge yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back patio. Also, on the back patio we provide a grill. Included are high thread count bed linens and bath towels. All beds have brand new Serta mattress. We provide all luxury linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new dishwasher, stove, built in microwave, and fridge. We have a new front load washer and dryer for all laundry. This home does not have a detail missed. Perfect tropical feel complete with professional decor.brbrThis house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.brbr**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines.
