Our house is located in a private, gated community containing ten home sites with individual boat slips and a private, in-ground, lighted salt water pool and spa. All bedrooms have either oceanfront or soundfront views. The house has a front porch with an over-sized swing and large expansive decks on the back of the house. The house is well appointed with 10 foot ceilings downstairs, 9 foot ceilings upstairs and hardwood floors throughout. It has 6 bedrooms, 3 with king-sized beds, 2 with two queen beds each, and 1 kids' room containing two sets of bunks with 2 full beds below and 2 twins above.
