Welcome to Sol de Mar (Sea Sun) Beach - an exciting new contemporary oceanfront property on Fort Fisher Blvd. North in Kure Beach. Leave your shoes at the door and sink in to this wonderfully new and well-appointed slice of paradise. Stroll out to the beach, read a book on the porch, or enjoy the multitude of activities our beach and town have to offer.

This new home has an open and contemporary design inside and out. Enjoy the sweeping and commanding views up and down the coastlinefrom the porch, the main living area, and the primary bedroom. The private walkway provides direct access to a uniquely private section of Kure Beach, far from busy parking lots and public beach access points.

Unit A is the top floor of the duplex. It is the owners' residence for part of the year. It features curved vaulted beams in the main living area and a wall of east-facing glass. There is a large wraparound deck accessible from the living/dining area as well as the primary bedroom. The decks overlook the ocean and a large patio area. The kitchen features a large island with seating for six, Viking professional stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, two ovens, and a scullery. The private elevator takes you from the ground floor up to the top floor. The deck off of the living room is 12 feet wide and 40 feet long.

Minutes away you will find an 18-hole public golf course, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher, Fort Fisher State Historic Museum, coffee at Happy Hippies or Crush and Grind and many family-friendly restaurants. A Publix grocery store is 2.5 miles away.

Sol de Mar can easily adapt to your group. Unit A is the top floor of a two floor duplex. Rent the one unit (upper unit A) or both units as a whole that sleeps 29. Please note that because this property is a duplex, some parts of the ground level area will be shared by both floors of the property.

House rules:
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
- Kure Beach is a family oriented village where quiet hours are strictly enforced by police.
- Minimum age of primary/onsite renter is 25 years old.
- No pets/animals allowed on the property, but pet boarding is available locally.
