Wrightsville beach is a short 20 min uber or lyft ride, along with Carolina Beach being a 30 min drive. The home is close to restaurants, dining, and all the downtown nightlife.brbrHA rules do not allow for the property to be rented to guests under 26 years of age or guests under 26 that are not family members. brbrThe home is a historic property that was divided into an upstairs and downstairs apt's. The apt's have separate entrances and only share the front porch and backyard (less patio) as common areas. Parking is located in the backyard at the rear of the property, this unit gets 2 spaces two deep one vehicle in front of the other. This leaves two spots deep for the downstairs unit. The property is monitored with a security system. The home next door is being completely renovated. Construction noise maybe present during working hours, as a note the bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house, if traveling with younger guests. You have your own entrance and plenty of privacy so relax and find out why we love it! Convenient parking and no need for an Uber or your car. This unique and cheerful space is perfect for travelers looking for a place that has its own character and charm. Our space is also kid-friendly and great for families. brbrThis is the first floor of an amazing historic downtown home. Many homes in this neighborhood are historic housed converted to Duplexes. We love walking around and checking out the other houses! We live upstairs and you'll have the whole first floor to yourself. We usually come and go by the back door so, the front and your back door are used solely entirely by you. brbrWe fell in love with this house because of the gorgeous hardwood floors, woodwork, high ceilings, and turn-of-the-century charm. A stocked kitchen and dining room table for meals, front and back decks, easy street parking, a large living room with two couches, comfortable beds, and the bathroom has a cute clawfoot bathtub. You have the entire place to yourself. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the porch swing or walk to Bespoke coffee and peaceful downtown Wilmington for breakfast. brbrIt's a great old house and it's a wood house. You're going to hear us walking around and sometimes even being a little loud with a friend or two (at reasonable hours of course). You'll hear us get up in the morning and get our son ready for school at 6:30am. If you're a really light sleeper or hate mornings, you might not want to book this place. Although we have a no partying rule, we understand that you're on vacation and you may make some noise or come home late after walking downtown. It's ok, just enjoy yourself. If you're too noisy, we'll just message you and ask you too tone it down. You can do the same for us. Just be happy! brbrThis great old house has a front and back porch on both the first and second floor! We enjoy relaxing on the second floor porches so the first floor is mostly yours to use anytime. Lots of our guests love swinging on the porch swing and enjoying the mornings. We love that they love it! brbrPlease do not use the driveway. It's just a tiny driveway between two houses and barely fits a car. We park in the back and there are not any extra spaces there. However, there is a ton of free street parking and, unless there is a major festival, you will never have any trouble finding a spot right in front of the house. Note: The neighbor in the green and yellow house next door is really sensitive about people parking in front of his house. Please help us keep the neighborhood happy and park anywhere but in front of the green and yellow neighbors house. brbrWe are here if you need us, invisible if you don't.
