Welcome to Sandy Paws Unit A your ideal Carolina Beach retreat where space, comfort, and coastal charm come together to create the perfect setting for unforgettable memories.1/2 block from the beautiful shores of Carolina Beach, and just a few steps from the ICW. Enjoy the kayaks and we offer a boat slip upon request.

This spacious home has 3 bedrooms.

Room 1 - Master Bedroom has a King size bed along with a sleeper chair and includes master bath.

Room 2- Queen Bed w/ private bathroom.

Room 3 - Queen Bed w/ a set of bunk beds. Bathroom located in the hall.

As our guest you will have access to Unit A.

The kitchen is supplied with all your basic cooking & dining necessities.

• Trash Pickup Days: Monday and Thursday
- Please Note- The elevator is not available for guest use.
2. Check In & Check Out Procedures
Check In (4 PM)
• Use provided access code
• Do not share code outside your group
Check Out (10 AM)
• Start dishwasher
• Remove all trash
• Set thermostat to 72° summer / 68° winter
• Return furniture to original placement
• Lock all doors & windows
• Send a quick checkout message
• Remove all bedding and place in containers provided
• Place all dirty/used towels in containers provided
3. House Rules & Expectations
Cleanliness
• Rinse sand before entering
• Keep food sealed
• Use coasters, placemats, and cutting boards
• Report spills or damage promptly
• Please enjoy the use of the beach toys and chairs, rinse them off when finished using them. Please return them to the outside closet for the next renter.
Noise
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• No parties or unauthorized gatherings
Smoking
• No smoking or vaping indoors
• Use designated outdoor areas only
Pets
• Approved pets only
• Keep pets off furniture
• Clean up after pets indoors & outdoors
• Do not leave pets unattended unless crated

• Feel free to use all cookware and utensils
• Clean up after cooking
• Do not leave food out
• Instructions for appliances:
• Dishwasher: load and unload as needed
• Washer/Dryer: use as needed
• Coffee Maker: coffee, sugar, creamer and filters are provided ( might not be enough for the entire stay. Feel to purchase more and take what you purchased with you)

• Use outdoor shower to rinse sand
• Do not leave beach gear outside overnight
• Follow local beach flag warnings
• Never feed wildlife
• Respect sea turtle nesting areas
6. Grill & Fire Safety
• Use grills only in designated areas
• Never leave a grill unattended
• Ensure coals/flames are fully extinguished
