The cottage and guest cottage apartments sit on an oceanfront lot just 3 blocks from the center of Surf City. This location is within easy walking distance of the fishing pier, numerous restaurants and bars, a grocery store, seafood markets, a playground, ice cream shops, coffee shops, public boat ramps, sightseeing and just about anything else you would want to do on a relaxing beach vacation.brbrIt consists of a cozy updated three bedroom, two bath, oceanfront cottage and two smaller 2 bedroom guest cottage apartments connected by a shared courtyard.
