Welcome to EASY LIVING, our cozy beach house ideally located between the historic beach side Boardwalk and the Carolina Beach North End Fishing Pier where the beaches are less crowded. This house/cottage is a duplex with the family using Side A and Side B is the rental unit. Our grandfather built this cottage in the late 1940's. It was partially remodeled in 2009 but still maintains that old cottage feel. Walk in to a very bright and eclectically decorated beachfront property. This duplex offers well stocked kitchen and dining areas including cookware, dishes and silverware, living room and half bath downstairs. Upstairs you will find four bedrooms and one, on the smaller size, full bath with shower. Each room has large windows, ceiling fans, a small closet and a chest of drawers or dresser. The two larger bedrooms have queen beds while the two smaller rooms have full beds. The master bedroom has upper porch access. Outside enjoy a great view of the beach while you rock to your hearts content on the upstairs porch with 2 rockers, or take the stairs down to the beach boardwalk and enjoy the beach itself. Also available for your use on the downstairs porch are charcoal grill and rocker seating. Come in from a fun day on the beach, rinse off and take a seat on the bench halfway down the private boardwalk beach access. Or come straight to rinse off in the outside shower available on the porch. The large porch on the street side is ideal for watching the sun go down and people watching when winding down after a day on the beach. There is no smoking allowed inside the duplex and no pets are allowed. Renters provide their own paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, etc.).

Here you will find a spacious living room, dining area, fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, half bathroom, and laundry room. brbrThe third floor offers a master suite with a private bathroom and balcony as well as a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds. The bunk room also has an attached bath. brbrIn addition to attached bathrooms, all three bedrooms have walk-in closets with hanging and shelf space and plenty of clothing storage space. Each room has a smart TV with streaming capabilities from your favorite streaming apps. brbrYou may feel free to use any of the items you find in the beach closet. We only ask that you rinse items clean and let dry before returning them to the closet. We do share a driveway with our neighbor, therefore specific directions will be provided prior to check-in regarding parking to ensure their space is respected.
