Beautiful Ocean Front View!

The unit itself was fine but what makes this property a standout is the private, covered balcony view. When you walk in the door, stand at the sink-even sit on the master bed-you have an ocean view. Even in December, the balcony was toasty on the cushioned furniture. We saw dolphins every day. While it’s a bit of a climb schlepping everything to the 3rd floor as previously mentioned, we’re able bodied and thought the view was worth it. The beach access is also close and convenient.

We loved everything about our quick getaway to CB. The condo has stunning ocean views, it was meticulously clean and beautifully decorated, and the boardwalk/restaurants in walking distance. We even had an awesome visitor one morning.

We enjoyed your updated condo with all its amenities! The beach, sunrises/sunsets, and bike rides were a treat for our end of summer getaway! Thank you for the opportunity:)

Beautiful property, walking distance to the boardwalk and many restaurants, we could see the fireworks from our balcony and nothing is better than hearing the waves crash on the beach!

We had a great stay, the view is beautiful! The unit was very clean, and a short walk to the beach. The parking situation is awkward, I would recommend following the owners advice and and not bring your mid size SUV. Otherwise, we had a great time! Thank you!

This condo is wonderful! From the super cozy balcony, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, cleanliness and over all vibe of the space. My family of 3 had an amazing experience here. We only had to reach out to the host about 1 thing, and they were so quick to respond! I will be saving “point of view” in my list of return properties!! My sister, nieces and I booked this rental for a long weekend. They flew in from Michigan and I was excited to stay with them at the coast. You cannot beat the views and the location was perfect. This condo has been updated, the bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The cleanliness wasn’t up to our standards, but maybe the cleaning crew had an off day. And you definitely need a smaller car to park here. I drive a Chevy Equinox and parking was a little stressful. The hosts were very friendly and replied promptly to emails. The ocean views and proximity to the beach are worth it.

My friend and I met our 2 college-age daughters (who are in Raleigh) for a long weekend. The condo was perfect for the four of us. Plenty of room with everything we needed! Comfy beds for the college girls to catch up on sleep! The weekend had rain in the forecast for every day, but being right on the beach allowed us to come and go easily if the clouds got dark--thankfully, while it remained overcast until our last day, we only had about 30 minutes of rain. We loved having coffee on the deck in the mornings. And, we also loved being able to walk to the shopping/restaurant area by the Boardwalk. I had a couple questions for Barbara regarding the need to park an extra car and also about the refrigerator not dispensing ice or water. She replied very quickly with helpful information regarding parking options and explained the fridge water line was not hooked up and suggested nearby ice and water supplies. We quickly got stocked up on those--and it wasn't an issue. We would definitely recommend staying here--and would return ourselves should the opportunity arise!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. We loved looking out at the ocean sitting on very comfortable patio furniture, which was great because we spent a great deal of time out on the balcony. We loved the updated condo and set up of the condo. The host was great to communicate with answering my questions in a timely fashion and she was very helpful. We are definitely looking at going back!
