We even have a Captains Lookout. 1/2 block from the ocean & only steps away from the ICW. Pool to relax by, we have all the amenities you would need for a relaxing beach vacation.

Room 5 - Queen Bed.

- Guests stay at their own risk.
- The property includes stairs, decks, balconies, a pool, kayaks, and outdoor areas that may pose risks if used improperly.
- Owner and hosts are not responsible for accidents, injuries, slips, falls, drowning, or any incidents that occur on or off the property.
- Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pool, decks, stairs, and water.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring all doors, gates, and locks are secured during their stay.
- Use of the pool, kayaks, decks, stairs, and outdoor equipment is strictly at your own risk.

Booking Requirements
- Primary renter must be 25+ years old and present during the entire stay.
- No third‑party bookings.

Occupancy & Visitors
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
- No unapproved visitors, gatherings, or events.
- Maximum occupancy must be followed at all times.

Parties & Noise
- No parties, loud gatherings, or disruptive behavior.
- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (town ordinance).
- Violations may result in removal without refund.

Pet Policy
- Dogs allowed with prior approval only.
- Pets must be supervised and leashed outdoors.
- Guests are responsible for all pet waste and any damage caused by pets.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool.

Smoking
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- Smoking outdoors only, away from doors and windows.
- Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a cleaning fee.

Pool Rules (Very Important)
- No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk.
- No diving, running, or horseplay.
- No glass in the pool area.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring the pool gate remains closed.

Kayaks & Beach Gear
- Kayaks, beach chairs, and toys are provided for convenience.
- Use of kayaks is at your own risk.
- Life jackets must be worn when using kayaks.
- Return all items to the outdoor closet after use.

Parking
- Onsite parking for up to 4 vehicles.
- No RVs, campers, or trailers without approval.
- Do not block neighbors or access points.

Kitchen & Home Care
- Wash dishes before checkout.
- Keep sand outside — use the outdoor shower.
- Do not move indoor furniture outside.
- Report any damage immediately.

Trash
- Follow posted instructions for trash and recycling.
- Secure lids to prevent wildlife access.

Communication
- Hosts are available via Airbnb messages during your stay.
- Check‑in instructions and access codes will be provided before arrival.
