Wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. It was everything we needed at a great price. Great location.

15 minute walk to beach, quiet, calm, porch seating is nice too.

Easy to find, communication from owner was excellent, room was clean, with easy exterior access.

I enjoyed the porch with rocking chairs and the room was comfortable with a beachy vibe.

Clean, very friendly. Made himself available if we needed anything. I cant wait to do this again

I really appreciated the hospitality of the property owner. My husband & I traveled to Carolina Beach for a wedding. We did not need an ocean front room. The room at this VRBO was very clean and well kept. I appreciated the extras he had in the room like the coffee bar, mini fridge and water. The room was very clean and comfortable. When we travel back to Carolina Beach we will be staying here!

Everything was good.

Very clean and well kept. The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors conversations.

Loved the area Andy the host was great he has a beautiful home and the rooms are clean an nice we injoy I'll time there and hope to return soon and the beaches are clean and beautiful in that area

Literally walking distance to the Carolina Beach boardwalk. The host was amazing. Very nice folks. When we walked in the place looked and smelled immaculate. Even the shower curtain was squeeky clean as if it was new. Definitely recommend. Best value in Carolina Beach hands down.

Beautiful area, beautiful room, kind and gracious hosts — very close to beach access, running/biking trails, and amazing restaurants and shops.

Badly needs bathroom upgrade. It unsanitary to take shower with water coming out of moldy shower head. Toilet and sink should of been replaced years ago.

Very pleased with the cleanliness and affordability of the space. The owners were very accommodating and nice. Would definitely recommend.

It is perfect for couple night's stay. Property owner is friendly. The place is close to everything you would want to do in the Carolina/Kure Beach area.

Close to every thing we wanted to se and do Havann’s - Fort Fisher - Kure Beach & Wrighrsville Beach Boat Tour see dolphins & Bluewater Grill Check in & out easy and was clean.

Owner was great his pets were great. The place was great. I will come back again if I get that down that away agin

We have a wonderful week here. Very clean and a wonderful atmosphere. Andy and his wife were a pleasure to deal with and very easy to get ahold of and talk to if we had an issue. They were very attentive to be sure we had what we needed. We definitely recommend staying here and we will be staying here again. It was the most pleasant stay we have ever had and most enjoyable.

We were not expecting to share the space as much as we did as this listing is on VRBO and not Air B&B. The owners and their dog were absolutely lovely, but sharing a wall with them as well as another set of guests was unfortunate.

Cool comfortable in a time of heat ar temp showing 114. Chose for a 1 night over on our road trip combining a grauation celebration. Close to beach & restaurants fit needs to a tee.

My husband and I needed a small place to ourselves for just a short time, and this room met our expectations perfectly. I personally loved how clean it was and how easy it was to check into our room. We were also able to speak with the owner during our visit and found him to be very kind. We will 100% be staying here again when at Carolina Beach!

It was a good place to crash. I was here for a wedding at Carolina Beach and it was a great location. Could use a bit updating as far as the tv, and the room. Also, need to clean the top of the tub and the fan a bit, but pleasant and easy stay.

Just what we were looking for but with added bonus of an excellent host . Cool guy !!!
