Located at the tip of Prospect Point, this well maintained home features bold open ocean frontage with views from virtually every room. It accommodates up to 6 people with its 3 full bedrooms and a sitting room. The cozy Great room has an updated kitchen with open floor plan to the Dining and Living room areas, all with 180 degree views. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and dining ware to accommodate our guests. The Living room area features a stone fireplace(aesthetic only),as well as a flat screen television. There is a Foyer/Entry for coats, or to sit and work on a puzzle. The large, bright downstairs bedroom off the Foyer with a queen bed, ample storage and a bay window. Also off the Foyer is a updated full bath.The Master bedroom on the second floor has a Queen size bed, bay window overlooking the natural rock seawall and open ocean, a lounging area ,wardrobe closet and private access to full bath. There is a sitting area with full size futon which leads to a unique guest room with two twin beds and breathtaking views. A recently updated Laundry area in the basement with large folding area is provided. br The area offers lots of outdoor activities including Schoodic Arts For All, sightseeing and hiking or biking at the nearby Schoodic Woods portion of Acadia National Park.The Corea Heath National Wildlife Refuge is an idyllic hike through an active heath.
