It's tucked away down a private road-- secluded, quiet and private, surrounded by the beauty of Maine's woods. There's a horse stable on our road with beautiful horses including miniatures.brbrThe cottage features a high deck facing our 200 feet of natural lake frontage with dock and canoe. In the dappled sunlight or under a star-blasted night sky, it’s utterly private, on 3 wooded acres.brbrPlease note: We rent only to (non-smoking) adults. And since the bedroom is up a flight of stairs, our cottage is not suitable for handicapped individuals.brbrThe 2005-built cottage has mahogany flooring, knotty pine paneling, and big windows with pretty views. The sunny living room has comfortable, furniture and a cozy dining area next to a cast iron heat stove (ceramic log, propane fireplace).brbrDue to changes in climate, I've added a heat pump with air conditioning and heating.
