Also, outdoor wood fire pits and charcoal grills are illegal in Estes. Gas is OK.brbrAIR CONDITIONER brbrLike nearly every other home in town, there’s no A/C. Thankfully mountain air blows down from the high peaks and will cool down the place quickly in the evenings if you open the windows. brbrBEARS brbrDo NOT leave food in your car! Bears frequent this area and can break in!brbrMINUTbrbrWe use a Minut noise meter. It doesn`t record audio, but instead monitors decibel levels, temperature and humidity. This is for the safety of guests & to protect the home. It also serves to warn us about parties & prevent noise complaints from neighbors.brbrSECURITYbrbrWe have security cameras on the north side of the garage and a Ring doorbell.
