Stayed Sep 23, 2023Great location for easy access to Fall River Entrance. Property suited our needs, hot tub and kitchen were nice. Beds were a little too soft and noise carried easily from the other units.

Stayed Jul 16, 2023Our second time staying here on a family vacation. We loved the nice big kitchen area and the large living room and dining room table. The deck was very nice too. Private hot tub very clean and we enjoyed that amenity. The kids enjoyed the clean community pool close to our cabin. We saw a few deer pretty regularly at this location too. Our whole family of five enjoyed the trip immensely and the grandparents too.

Stayed Jun 24, 2023Great three bedroom place for 3 to 6 people to just relax and enjoy the beauty of Estes. The hot tub is clean and warm. The kitchen had all you'll need and the river across the road, swollen when we went in late June, is beautiful.
