Unbelievable Mountain Views from Thompson River

This is our 3rd time to stay at the property. We always look forward to staying here. It’s like our home away from home. The view is beautiful of the mountains and the river behind the house. We will definitely be back.

The property was excellent. The view was fantastic. Everything that was stocked was great. We absolutely loved our stay. The 2 sets of blinds by the dining room table didn’t work. The fireplace only worked the 1st night. The showerhead in the downstairs bathroom could be replaced. I just wanted to let you know what wasn't working. If we ever come back to Estes Park, I'll definitely be looking for your place. Thanks so much!

We chose this property based on the photos. My wife's family would tow a camper on their vacations and always find a spot by a creek or stream. If the pictures in the listing were accurate, we would be happy. The pictures truly didn't do justice to the condo/cabin. When we first arrived and opened the back door, heard the river and saw it literally steps from the patio, we knew we had chosen well. The space was ideal for our party. My mother in law has some mobility issues and had no problems with navigating into or around the bottom floor and patio. Us kids had the upstairs and my nephew used the sofabed in the loft area. Every space was comfortable. We cooked and ate all our meals at the condo so we also appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Plenty of spices, oils, dishes, cookware (including 2 crockpots), utensils, glasses and mugs. The appliances were terrific, especially the dishwasher that was super super quiet. Another item of note, there was plenty of paper products thoughout the house. A pet peeve is to have a rental only to find one roll of toilet paper supplied. Not a problem here. This space is so close to the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance too. We went to the park every day and when we were at the rental we spent most of our time watching birds from the patio. One afternoon a small group of elk came along the river and rested just upstream and another night a deer and fawn walked right past the deck. Absolutely the best place we've stayed!

Staying here has become our holiday tradition. Sitting by the fireplace, sipping hot cocoa, looking at the mountains is perfection itself. The condo has enough room for everyone to fit comfortably. We love this spot!

This condo WAY exceeded our expectations!! The location and views were absolutely perfect. The condo was extra roomy and we saw huge herds of Elk right outside our window. Can’t wait to return !

Amazing views, being on big Thomson river is perfect, location to National Park and dining is ideal.

This was our second time to rent this property. It was amazing just like the first time & we hope to stay here again in the future.
