On the second, top-floor (guests must be able to use stairs), this is a non-smoking, no vaping inside, no pets studio loft unit part of Lofts of Estes, at the confluence of Big Thomson River and Fall River. This studio unit sleeps 1 or 2 adults in the loft upstairs and has a sofa bed located downstairs in the living room (no door in between). Two 3/4 baths for your convenience, in-room jetted tub and outdoor grills. This unit has a full kitchen with dishwasher and oven, large balcony with river and mountain view and a skylight. WiFi internet, DVD player and cable channels. No washer or dryer available for guest use, but there is a laundromat in town.

Convenient location - walk across the bridge to restaurants, shopping and Estes Park festivals. Follow the creek on the river walk. This is a downtown location, if you are sensitive to car and people traffic, please look elsewhere.
