An outdoor gas grill is also available. The bar and dining area provide plenty of seating for everyone.brbrIn addition, the main level includes a bright living room surrounded by windows, a relaxing sitting room, a wonderful electric fireplace, and a beautiful half bath.brbrThe upper level master bedroom features a king bed, large flat screen television and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and bidet. A second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Both beds are equipped with Tempurpedic mattresses with adjustable bases.brbrDownstairs you will find two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and large flat screen television and another with two (2) single / twin beds and a large flat screen television (not shown in photos). Moving furniture is an automatic charge of $120.br• Violations of VRBO's House Rules can jeopardize our short term rental permit, disrupt cleaning and maintenance schedules, cause extra wear and tear and, worst of all, lessen future guest experiences and will be charged as follows: • unauthorized guests, up to $50 per person, per night; • unauthorized pets, up to $100 per pet, per night; • unapproved early check ins and late check outs, $50 per hour; • late checks outs after 1pm, an additional night’s stay; • parties or events, up to $2,500 with any extra cleaning and damages being charged separately; smoking of any kind, up to $1,000.
