Stayed Jul 22, 2024Beautiful view of the red rock canyon, lovely home. Plenty of space, though some spaces are a little tight (i.e., squeezing by furniture to get in and out of rooms). John was a great host, readily available to help out. Overall, a terrific experience.

Stayed Jul 2, 2023Great house in great location. We really enjoyed the house. Some missing switch plates and peeling deck were amiss but overall lovely setting and so great to hear the river all the time. Great family trip.

Stayed May 25, 2023Stayed for 4 days. Everything was awesome. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier. Right near a sick pool/waterfall/seam for fishing. Like the entire frying pan road.. the few public spots are usually slammed with people. So nice to be able to see this spot from the deck. Thanks for everything
