There are two additional bedrooms with a full Jack-and-Jill bathroom in between the two rooms. One has 2 pair of bunk beds(sleeps 4)and the other bedroom has a single bed over a full size bed (pyramid, can sleep 3). You will find all of the rooms to be spacious and freshly decorated with familiar beach house décor. There is also a brand new outdoor shower with changing area for your convenience. The game room, located downstairs, has a mini fridge and wet bar for your pleasure with a table to do puzzles or play cards. The kitchen has everything you would need to enjoy some tasty meals. Everyone can sit together, as the dining table seats 12. There is also a breakfast bar with 4 seats. An outdoor charcoal grill, for your use, is provided on the ground level. There are also 2 half baths (one off the great room, upstairs and the other off of the game room, on the lower level). Central AC and/or heat is present as well to keep you cool or warm.
