Stayed Oct 2, 2025The house was super clean and had many necessities included such as a pack n play for our baby and a coffee machine for us tired parents! The hosts were quick to respond and the house was close to the beach and shops. We would highly consider staying here again for our yearly vacation down to OBX!

I found the unit very clean and also well stocked with cleaning supplies which always makes it easier to keep it nice and de clutteredWe love Frisco and Avon and getting away from the big crowd, so Frisco is perfect for us! We had a great holiday and a great vacation and I would highly recommend this spot!

Stayed May 31, 2024During our stay one of the guest locked us out of the property by accident. I sent a text to the owners and within minutes were given access to a lock box and able to regain entry into the property. Very accommodating host, we will be staying with them again.

Stayed May 24, 2024We were on OBX with a large group of people and decided we'd prefer our own space for sleeping. Tranquil Tides was clean, the air was on when we arrived and it had everything we needed. We were only 2 miles from our friends house. It was perfect for our needs! Will definitely return!
