Completely Renovated Waterfront House w/ Private Hot Tub

Loved the location of this house! Direct access and views of the sound facing due west for perfect paddles and sunsets! AND a very easy 5 minute walk to a beautiful, crowd-free beach. The renovated house was clean, fresh and very comfortable for our 2 families.

Renovated house with cute beach furnishings. Wonderful location! Sound access and walk right across the road to the beach. Home could use better mattress or mattress pad. Need more comfy seating options for families. Great place!

We loved the location. Right on the sound and can see the ocean. Large lot gives you more privacy than most places. Road out TS Ophelia like a champ.

This house has plenty of room and a great location. The exterior is a little rundown with pieces of wood falling off everywhere and trash laying in the yard and under the house. A couple days of handyman work and a good deep clean could easily make this a five star house. We were a group of six men on a fishing trip and we would stay here again, but would definitely not bring our families to this house.

Upon arrival this house was very dirty. I had to vacuum the floors and couches because they were covered in dog hair, dirt and sand. The stove, microwave and counters were covered in grease. The house had a musty smell throughout. We had to buy Glade plug ins and candles to mask the smell. The hot tub only had 2 working jets and many many pieces to the hot tub on the ground. It also had a leak somewhere because the hot tub was less than half full by the second day. We only used the hot tub for about an hour. Very disappointing ? The view of the sound was this property's saving grace. A Only a few of the window blinds actually worked..there was rips in the carpet, the decks seemed sketchy as well as several loose pickets on the decks.

House met needs. Does need a few things fixed/replaced. Mini blinds in LR/kitchen are broken and ragged . Most windows lack screens or they are torn. Fixtures need brighter bulbs especially in kitchen and under microwave . Pet friendly and is noted in appearance of carpeted area in sitting room on 2nd lvl. Pet odors noticed. BR on ground level is dark and musty. No sun and very dim lighting. As stated the house met needs but good be nicer with a little TLC

Loved: the view. Neighbors dock was better shape and entrance. This one was in a mud pit. my dogs loved it, i did not. Bee hives in the underground area. Roaches in house. Found 3 in sink. 2 in bathroom. 2 in other bathroom. 3 in bedroom. NOT A FAN. AC did not work the first 3 days. i got $200 back. (DOES NOT COMPENSATE FOR ISSUES) 2 star at most, 1 star rating. I would never stay here again. Maybe half the price it was at ($4800 for week - off season)

The unobstructed view of the sound/sunset and proximity to the ocean are great
