I have a small rolling cart perfect to create a work space in any room of the cabin. Please be mindful of our bridge as you enter and exit the property. We put up orange snow markers to help guide your way.brOther things to notebrPart of the charm of this cabin is the bridge and water wheel house that cover and are adjacent to the creek and waterfall. Please be mindful when walking around the bridge and creek area. Please be especially mindful when driving onto and off of the property, taking care not to bump into the bridge with your vehicle. We have markers up to help guide your way, and the drive is a level one. Fantastic for sports car enthusiasts or those who do not have AWD or 4WD. If you are unsure the first time driving in, simply park at the mouth of the driveway, step out of your car and get a visual on the bridge. Then continue to drive straight and park straight ahead near the house or garage. Super easy to park and unload and reload, no matter the weather, because of the long covered porch.

This is a beautiful, Non-Smoking, log cabin home on an acre of land, situated on a rushing creek with several waterfalls right outside the door. The lot is wooded and sits at about 4200 feet elevation. It feels very private, yet is only five minutes from the main road. brbrThere is a large covered porch running the length of the cabin overlooking the creek, with a six-person hot tub on one end. In the yard is a picnic table and steps down to the creek. The furniture is plush and comfortable, and with a woodburning fireplace and satellite television, there isn't a more cozy place. brbrYou'll be only fifteen minutes from the quaint town of Maggie Valley, where there are several wonderful restaurants and lots of craft and gift shops, as well as gorgeous mountain views. Going the opposite direction takes you into Cherokee in about ten minutes, with gambling casinos and tourist attractions, or you can take a drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway. In 20 minutes you can be on Main Street in Waynesville, with restaurants and shopping galore. If you’re following someone to close you may loose speed then loose control due to the fact that they are slowing down in front of you and your not prepared to slow down.. brbrPlease send up each rider one by one and once each rider enters the street then the next guest can go ahead up the hill and make the turn. brbrWe want our guests to be familiar with the turn and be prepared so they’ll be comfortable knowing that keeping your distance is imperative as having somebody on your tail makes it a difficult situation and it can cause a accident.brbrDon’t forget if needed pull into the driveway up the hill on the right which is directly across from Sunrise Ridge again if needed and then turn your bike around and drive straight across the street to get onto Sunrise Ridge. The open floor plan invites friends and family to gather together and make memories. The living room boasts a gas log fireplace, TV with cable, as well as a DVD player. This area flows into the dining room with plenty of seating and sliders out to the side deck. Here guests can picnic outside and enjoy the gas grill.brbrBack inside the dining area is adjacent to the kitchen which has updated appliances and everything you’ll need for cooking and dining.brbrTravel through the kitchen to a full bath shared with the bedroom. The neighborhood is paved and flat and centrally located.brbrWhile a few attractions are within walking distance, guests need a car to best enjoy the area and attractions.brbrWhile the house itself is all one level, guests must climb a small flight of stone steps to access the front door.brbrThis house was once part of a small resort and guests have access to a heated pool, clubhouse and playground that is shared with other guests in the neighborhood.brChildren must be accompanied by an adult at all times when using the community pool, hot tub, or other clubhouse amenities. Please do not give children unsupervised access to these areas.brbrAccelerants such as lighter fluid, are not permitted. Please do not leave fires in the fire pit unattended and make sure they are completely out after use.
