Dog-friendly home with hot tub, sunset sound view, & game room

This house was beautiful and had everything we were looking for. The beds were very comfortable, the game room was great, the pool and hot tub were perfect after a day at the beach. My only complaint is the mouse infestation which greatly impacted our stay. I was constantly cleaning up after them as they left droppings throughout the day and night and ate through multiple bags of food. No matter where the food was stored, they were able to get to it (besides the microwave and our car). Nobody wants to spend their vacation cleaning up after rodents and hiding away all of their snacks/food. Had I known about the mice before our trip, I would have brought along a plastic tote to keep my food safe at a minimum.

The place was horrible from the leaking freezer That was supposed to be repaired on Monday and no one ever showed up to the rats we had to fight to use the pool table not mice large rats to the rat droppings all over the first and second floors to the misrepresentation of the pool to the AC not working on the third floor the last 2 days to the hot tub temperature not working so the door being broke on the second floor to the horrendous beds to the trash that was left from the cleaning crew not cleaning up properly not to mention the pots and pans that were almost unusable bent and dirty this was the absolute worst vacation house I have ever rented in 35 years of renting houses I would absolutely not recommend this house or vacasa the management company to anyone

From the rats to leaking frig to no ac on the top floor --we will never use any vacasa home again--we left a day early it was so bad --stay clear of this company

We loved everything close walk to the beach, pool is perfect to cool down hot tub great after a long day, and we had a blast playing pool and watching surfs up!

We loved being able to use the pool and the sunsets over the sound were awesome.

Perfect house for our beach trip! The house was clean and had all the kitchen items needed for the meals we cooked at “home.” Great location with sound and ocean views. The pool is small, but perfectly sized for a quick evening dip followed by a soak in the hot tub!

Everything was great, the only issues seem to stem from Vacasa. Considering a large portion of the cost for the rental was a “cleaning fee”, I’d expect to be impressed.. also guests are always expected to do specific cleaning tasks which we do not mind, just seems a bit confusing considering the price breakdowns. The house is perfect for a family! Our family has been staying in Frisco for 20+ years using Hatteras Realty, we love Frisco & can't wait to come back!

The house was super clean with a comfortable homey feeling. The first couple of days the weather was pretty warm and we spotted the ocean out of our bedroom window. Within mins we found easy access to the best of all, the ocean, with its spacious white sand and ocean waves . But a couple of our days turned cool and rainy, but we found plenty to do at DB with a covered hot tub on the deck, full size pool table , arcade table and plenty of games, puzzles, books and even toys for the little folks including Legos. And of course there were endless TV options with Royku , etc.. We weren’t much for cooking , but found the kitchen to be well stocked. It was perfect for our family and certain it will be best for yours too. for the price, the easy access to the ocean and a clean and well kept house. I don’t think we can find anything better than déjà vu.

The cottage is great, updated, clean no issues with that. But its location right on highway 12 is just too close to traffic noise. It a constant issue especially if you sit on the decks which overlook the road. If you love pools, this one is really small, more like a double hot tub size. Really better for just little children.

The location, the house, the communication from the owner and rental service - everything was wonderful! We were there for a scuba diving trip that sadly got cancelled but luckily we had a fabulous house to hang out in! Lived the hot tub and game room and DVD selections! Looking forward to visiting again.

The house was very clean. It had a lot of amenities, pool table, jacuzzi, and small pool. We could walk to the beach which was private for the village homes there, so not too many people. Would rent it again.

We chose this home specifically for quieter location and the pool. The home is fully loaded with all the extras a family may need. A kitchen stocked with utensils and all the pots, pans, and dishes you need. There is a game room with a pool table, game station, and an additional fridge and microwave. The pool is a smaller wading pool. If someone is expecting a full size pool it will come as a shock. The bedrooms are nice with different bed options which is great for different size families. The home was mostly clean and very cozy. If you’re planning a stay here- be aware that the kitchen and living room are on the 3rd story so it requires walking up stairs. All but one bedroom are on the second floor. The hot tub in the second floor deck was also in great condition, clean, and well sanitized. I don’t always get in hot tubs while on vaca but felt safe getting in that one. Theres adequate parking and only a few minute drive from local restaurants and gas stations to pick up any items you might need All in all its a wonderful home with a quiet location!

We really enjoyed our time staying here. There were a total of 8 of us that stayed, but we never felt crowded. The location of the house was great, we could either take a short walk to access the beach or drive 1/2 mile to an access point with showers, restrooms, handicap access and a lifeguard. The property is located away from the major population areas, so the beaches were not crowded at all. Hopefully we get a chance to come back and make more memories at this great place.

The house was very nice and clean. The beach was a minute walk from house. Close to restaurants and activities.

The house was wonderful, so close to the beach the family loved it!!!!! Also plenty of parking and the hot tub came in handy after a long day at the beach. The kitchen was stocked with every pot, pan or dish you could need. And the AC was great, as an hvac tech who ever takes care of the maintenance is top notch!!!!!! The small pool was great as well. Very well maintained home I would recommend to anyone I know to stay there.

Beautiful home furnishings and great location, close to Ramp 49/Frisco Beach which is convenient for driving on the beach. Great 4 BR/4Bath, dog-friendly home, perfect for families.

Well equipped for kids and pets! Rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were clean Beds were comfortable! Parking was ample Location was perfect!
