House is older, but nicely updated and decorated. Great location! Only 4 houses back from the dunes to beach.

I would not recommend this home. And I especially wouldn’t recommend renting from Vacasa . The jump in price this year was $1000 from the prior year which seemed extreme. The home was not cleaned well. There was dog hair everywhere, and there were still food crumbs on the rug. The fourth bedroom doesn’t really qualify as an extra bedroom since the only way to enter it is through other bedrooms. There is only one refrigerator, and given the jump in price, it seems that they could offer better amenities. There was a broken chair on the back porch, and the parking area didn’t seem cleaned at all, and the smell going into the house was musty. The pirate art was tacky and inappropriate, which caused lots of questions amongst the children in our group. It was a disappointing stay. The cost did not at all match the amenities and cleanliness that were provided. Vacasa, you need to do better.

Great place with a room with 4 twin beds for the kids. Water was always hot for showers, washer and dryer are larger which was great for towels. This was our third time staying here, and there is always an upgrade and good upkeep.

The house was in a great location close to the beach for a great get away for my family and our dog!

Short walk to beach. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Overall an excellent place.

We truly felt like this was home away from home as soon as we arrived. Everyone had a space to get away, and the upstairs was perfect for our movie/cards/game nights. Short walk to the beach, over a small dune - that even our 13yr old Lab climbed a few times on his way to the ocean. It was just what we needed - and we will definitely return the next time we visit Frisco.

We loves our stay this past week as it was just me and my wife and the location made it effortless to get to the beach. Tremendous amount of room and the decks have excellent views. Would stay there again if at all possible next year

This was my first time working with a vacation Rental company, and I have to say that vacasa really exceeded my expectations. We went for 2 weeks for my 50th birthday and the 4th of July, and When we got there the air conditioning unit for downstairs was not working . It was kind of late so I messaged them first thing the next morning and they came out before one in the afternoon to bring window units for all of the bedrooms. That was such a relief because it was really difficult to sleep in the warm air. There was absolutely no hassle!! When the parts came in 3 days later, they fixed the unit without even letting us know until they needed to test it. The technicians were very friendly and very professional and above all very quick. So now for my review of the house LOL but honestly these vacation houses are only as good as the rental agency and I would definitely rent from vacasa again. This house had 2 levels and the top-level is the congregation area and the bottom level is the bedroom level. I am pretty sure that they enclosed a porch to create a fourth bedroom that has 4 small beds in it but it is perfect for anyone who might want to do a birthday party and have some people at night so that they don't drink and drive, or for a birthday party for a child and all the kids can sleep in the same room. The downstairs bathroom is en suite, Which was perfect for our group because our family used that 1 bathroom and let everybody else use the upstairs bathroom. We cook our meals so I was a little hesitant and even brought some of my own cookware but I can tell you as a home chef that everything that you need is there for sure, Even muffin tins and you don't usually get that in a rental. Bring plenty of bug spray if mosquitoes like you. Sitting out on that patio at night was really nice! There was plenty of seating for eating purposes and entertainment purposes. It would be fine for a group up to 15 probably. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes and included one small hike over A dune and we had people in our Party with back problems and leg problems and we were still able to get to the beach. The beach itself is awesome and we had a great time body boarding in the surf! Everybody came back a little bit toner from going up and down 2 flights of stairs. It's not too bad though, like I said even the people who had physical issues were okay with it, they just took a little longer. Overall this was probably one of my favorite vacations, and we vacation a lot! Thank you, Vacasa, for supporting our rental so well. This now 50 year old will vacation with you again!

Black mold everywhere in ductwork. First floor smells horrible. Owner's rep didn't seem to care.
