Oceanfront House w/Central AC, Free WiFi, Private Washer/Dryer, Shared Pool

While this property isn’t brand new, it’s perfect for a family. Open area with amazing views and deck on top floor and bedrooms on the lower floor. I enjoyed my coffee in the morning and wine at night overlooking the ocean on their expansive deck.

Overall we had a nice experience, we loved the layout, especially the upstairs. It was very comfortable and led to a lof of togetherness.We loved the ocean view and the location. However, there were some things that were a bit less than satisfactory. The property's keyless entry was difficult to use, the knob was lose and the building had a strong musty smell upon arrival. Once we opened the doors it was much better. There were still loose boards and even though we thought the bunk beds were made once my kids pulled back the comforter at bed time we dealized the didnt have sheets. The walk to the beach was okay, but definitely a challenge for my 2 year old.Overall a nice place and we'd probably stay there again.

We loved the view from Breakers! The layout of the house was perfect. The kitchen, dining, family room was very open and led to almost all of our time spent together. The deck had a great view with ample (and really nice) deck furniture. The beach was a short and easy walk. Thanks for sharing your home with us! Vacasa did a nice job as well! I will definitely rent from them in the future.

This was our first time in OBX, and absolutely loved everything about the place we stayed! The house was even better in person than expected from the photos! Really cool that the house has a lot of history inside! Pictures dating all the way back to the early 80's! Literally the only thing I would say could use a little attention was a couple deck boards were loose on the deck. Other than that it was absolutely perfect. Traveled with 8 people, and could have easily had 2 more people comfortably. Thanks for a great spot to make memories!

Great location at the OBX. Home was very clean, nice outdoor furniture and staff had good follow up. Thanks for helping us make some great memories.

Great place to park when you get there if the weather is bad. Not to many stairs. If just walking the beach is easy to get to. Pulling a loaded fishing cart over the dune by yourself is not easy. I did not like that you could not lower the AC below 69. I think 67 is much more reasonable. Deck furniture is nice. Amazing view from the living room. Needs a new water hose. Overall very nice.

The property was outstanding, beautiful views, excellent location, clean, well stocked… was able to have a beautiful 2 (out of 5) Thanksgiving vacation here. Despite the property being great, upon arrival the water heater was broken. Knowing it was the eve of thanksgiving and going into thanksgiving, getting service would be difficult. The representative parked with us but told us time and time again it would be serviced, never to be serviced. Finally decided to move us to another property. Also beautiful. Also promised a 50% refund on our stay. We have not had our refund honored or heard from anyone regarding the process to make this right. No one to contact, no numbers?

Beautiful view of the deep blue sea. We have stayed at this house several times and it never disappoints. Going back again first week in December. Best part of house is location, location, and the location. Photos throughout the house of family fishing are what Frisco is all about. Laid back and very relaxing.
