Many morning cups of coffee have been enjoyed on her front porch. Snoozes in the hammock, time spent playing at the beach, big southern-style suppers with family and friends and competitive card games going late into the night have all been part of life at Mary for several decades.brbr We were fortunate enough to be able to purchase this wonderful beach house and after an extensive renovation, she is now available for everyone to enjoy and create their own memories.brbrWe have recently had a change in property management that resulted in the loss of the ability to show you the reviews Mary earned. They spoke of her closeness to the beach, her cleanliness, and how well-stocked she is. The great location for walking to food and attractions was also mentioned. Best of all, everyone has given our Unsinkable Mary 5 stars and we are grateful for every single one.brbrbrbrYou'll enjoy her easy access to the cottage with only 5 steps up to the large wrap-around porch. Enjoy using the propane grill and plenty of outdoor seating with a table for outdoor dining. The double front door opens to the original pine floors, shiplap walls and a large great room including a dedicated work space. The cottage features all new appliances including dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, toaster oven, microwave, motion sensor kitchen faucet, and washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin-extra-long beds that can be made into a king of desired (3rd bedroom has it's own tv). You can smell the ocean air you are so close in this 3rd floor, direct oceanfront unit. brbrThe homeowners association does not allow pets on site, sorry.brbrThe pictures say it all but I will try to describe some of the best features. Highly desirable location, property books quickly during peak season.brbrThis is a much sought after 3rd floor unit which makes it a highly desirable location in a modern building. Please keep in mind there is no elevator in this complex. There are no units above you and you have a great view from the oceanfront balcony. Both the master bedroom and living room open to a beautiful oceanfront deck with 3 colorful adirondack chairs. The condo has a central air conditioning system, beach style living room furniture and a 50' flat screen TV. Complete with air conditioning, which is located on the roof. The unit was recently remodeled with a complete new Master Bathroom and Guest Bathroom. The condo is nicely decorated with fun beach touches throughout and is a fantastic place for a family vacation or a romantic getaway.brbrThis quiet building has its own private salt water pool surrounded by palm trees. The pool features a fun colorful theme, lounge chairs, picnic tables and sun umbrellas. They try to open the pool around May 1st, but this is dependent upon the weather, please check with owners before your travels. The pool typically closes around October 31, also depending on weather. There are secure rinse-off showers on the ground floor and a coin operated laundry room for your use. Located within the condo are beach fold-up chairs, a cooler, some buckets and shovels, a boogie board and noodles for the kids; so there is no need to haul all that stuff on top of your car. The condominium is 1/2 mile north of the Boardwalk which features seasonal rides for the kids, numerous shops and restaurants, fireworks on Thursday nights and Sunday movie night at the lake. Just blocks from the condominium is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals.brbrAs a mark of quality 50% of our bookings are from repeat guests or referrals.
