The first room is a semi-private room with two twin beds and a lovely electric fireplace. The room off of the twin bedroom features a new foam mattress King bed. Family and friends will love the large bonus room loft above the garage, which also makes a great place to send the teenagers after along day on the lake. This opens up to the spacious living room that looks out to Lake Norman. Enjoy the large sectional, two leather recliners and a 70” smart tv. The laundry room/pantry has plenty of room to store snacks during your stay. The master bedroom comprises of a king bed, leather sofa, walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower head and a jetting tub. 1/2 bath also on the main floor by the entrance. brbrThe upper level comprises of two bedrooms . Each room has two queen beds, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. The upstairs loft has a game table with lots of provided games. It overlooks the living room with beautiful views of the lake. brbrThe lower level is the “hangout” spot. Arcade with over 5000 games, foosball table, shuffleboard, pool table and a huge sectional and a 75” smart tv. The double doors lead out to the 6-8 person hot tub and views of the lake. There is a 1/2 bath and a bedroom with a king bed. brbrThe home is situated on almost an acre. The yard is fairly flat and lots of room for outside games. The backyard is completely fenced in and flat and leads straight to the lake. We have a private boat dock and we provide paddle boards and kayaks.
