The Original Lulla-by the Sea Amazing Oceanfront Beach House W/Pool and Elevator

Beautiful property that was a great location for a family get-together. Nice, walkable beach with direct access. Well-maintained pool for warmer weather. Some basic paper products and toiletries supplied, but bring your own napkins, tissues, shampoo, etc.

Our family had a lovely stay at Lulla-by the sea! The house was spacious and very well stocked. We appreciated that the owner posted clear expectations in advance. The location was quiet (at least in Early March), and we enjoyed walking on the beach, going for bike rides, and hanging out in the spacious living room and porch.

Wonderful stay with family! The most beautiful view and the home was impeccable. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience for my family. Everything was beautiful. Small maintenance things happened, but the property manager resolved them very quickly and was very responsive. Would rebook this place again!!!!

Overall wonderful time.Upon arrival alot of guessing. Code to get in was not where we were told. Towels were in a random closet.wifi pw was not easily located. The grill was disgusting.once everything was found and my husband scrubbed the grill. All was well in our world.

Yes, the home was so relaxing and quiet. All enjoyed the time and having their own space, then lots of group space. A bit hectic on leaving trying not to forget check out needs.

The house was incredible. We had plenty of room for 7 to spread out .I loved that the kitchen was huge and gave us plenty of space to cook together. This rental had the best stocked kitchen I have ever had!The view was stunning. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to enjoy the ocean as there was a nor Easter and king tide with flooding and very strong winds, then entire stay.The closet is loaded with games and puzzles and dvds ( but no player).The owner was generous with towels, soaps, laundry detergent.Comfortable beds! Very quiet part of the island. 5pm check in is late and the only negative thing we encountered. Also, I've never had to strip my own beds and haul it all down two flights of stairs . Not a big deal, but those things I didn't like. But it was worth it as we really enjoyed our stay.

It’s one of the best places we have stayed for all ages. Not too crowded on the beach or in the town. We will definitely be going back.

Beautiful home on Carolina Beach.

The beach home was clean and as pictured! The host, Renee, was very accommodating. The property manager, Steve, was quick to respond! My only complaints- the pool didn’t seem to have been cleaned and the grill had some pretty caked on grease we had to really clean. Other than that the home was perfect and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!

Our group had a great time staying at Lulla-by-the-sea. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It would have been ice to have a few extra bath towels but we made do with what we had. The beach was just a few steps away. The pool was great. We did have an issue with the toilet on the main floor that took a couple of days to fix due to getting the right part. The beach was just a few steps away.

The house has everything you need for a perfect stay at the beach: Beach Chairs, a pool in front. I will come back next year if it's available. We did have an AC issue. The top-floor unit seemed to be acting up. would start, then stop. Someone came to check it out and said it was fine. Had several hot nights, though.

For the past 10 years our family has gathered at the beach for Father’s Day week. Lulla-by the sea is our favorite place by far. To have the option of the beach or the pool keeps everyone happy. Steve Fiscante, the property manager, is very responsive and cheerful to work with. Two thumbs up Steve!!The photo attached is sun rise from the master balcony.

This house has it ALL and more! My family and I were so impressed with this house. I really don’t think you can beat the bang for your buck. We’ve stayed at lots of different beach houses along the east coast over the years, and this one is in my top 3 for sure. I cannot emphasize how convenient the walk to the beach is. I think that was my favorite part. I was there with my 7 month old baby, and wanted to be on the beach as much as possible, but also knew I would constantly be making trips in and out of the house to feed her, and put her down for naps. In the past, many homes we’ve stayed at had loooong walk ways with lots of steps to get over the dunes. Walking to and from the beach could feel like a small hike. But this house had the shortest, flattest, most convenient walk to the beach I’ve ever had! If you take that into account along with the fact that this house has an elevator, I would say it’s extremely accessible for the elderly, or those with a wheelchair. It came fully stocked with enough essentials to last us all week (dish & laundry detergent, dryer sheets, trash bags, soap, etc). The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could possibly ask for (plenty of: utensils, gadgets, pots, pans, etc). Check in/out was a breeze. We had one small issue with the elevator, but the property manager was there asap to help us out (our fault for not having all doors closed for the elevator to work properly). Thank you Renee! Beautiful beach house! Exactly what we were looking for. The house was immaculate and fully stocked. The kitchen had it all! Property manager was extremely responsive. Location was ideal. Watching the sunrise every morning and walking the beach was a family highlight.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Carolina Beach! This place is everything as advertised! Great beach,pool,deck area as well as large gas grill. Kitchen was full stocked with everything you need! Plenty of beach chairs that were nice for a large group! Both families felt they would love to come back because there is so much we did not get to do.

This was a wonderful place to have our family vacation. The rooms were a great size and having bedrooms on all floors gave everyone their choice of where to be. We enjoyed relaxing on the decks watching the waves roll in. The grill is large enough to accommodate a large meal and the table for 8 made it possible for us to gather and enjoy it together. Beautiful peaceful retreat!

We stayed with our elderly parents 70 and one year granddaughter. The elevator was a convenience and the house was right on the beach. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked. We cooked and grilled everyday

We stayed during the offseason and it was perfect! I would stay here again, super clean great location, and the ocean view was incredible.

The Lulla by the Sea was a great place to rest, relax and reset. The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The location was superb, steps from the beach. We had an incredible stay, and everyone had the best time. This was without a doubt the one of the best couple trip we have had.

The pictures don’t do this home justice! Loved our stay. The home is beautiful and close to everything! We went to Wilmington one day and Southport another via the ferry. Great times!

Vacationing at the beach during the same week a tropical storm named Debby comes to town is never a good thing. However, the convenient beachfront location of Lulla-by the Sea meant we could quickly take advantage of every band of calm clear weather. We headed outside as soon as the rains stopped and didn’t miss a day at the beach or pool! And when we were stuck inside, the clean spacious floor plan provided ample room for fun indoor activities for the little ones and the third floor balcony presented amazing views of the oceans waves and stormy skies. This was the perfect house to experience it all.
