Ocean Front with Amazing Views from Every Room!

The ocean view and location were as advertised and perfect. But that’s where my good qualities end, this place has the cheapest WiFi money can buy, also the beds are extremely outdated and uncomfortable. The TV’s are also outdated and very small in every room. This place has so much potential, but it’s obvious nobody has ever considered living here.

Property is very modern and nicely decorated. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We loved how close we were to the beach! The sunrises in the morning are amazing! It was so peaceful to sit on the wrap-around deck in the mornings/evenings and just enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean. Property is also close to shopping and restaurants, many within walking distance.

Great view! Unit is very nice but there was a mix of clean and dirty dishes, utensils and pots and pans. The Keurig coffeemaker was moldy. Sheets were stained and torn using tape as repair. Unit is in need of a deep clean and refresh.

Absolutely loved staying in this rental. Besides the view and beach access that can't be beat, the space was comfortable and well stocked. Kitchen had all the tools you need to make a nice meal. The master bed was comfortable. Was nervous about parking since spots are not assigned, but it was never an issue! 10/10!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! We llved the condo and the view was spectacular! Nothing negative at all to say about the property. It was clean, comfortable, and captured the beach vibes perfectly. We certainly hope to return next year!

Location was great, morning sun on balcony, with hoses at base of walkways to rinse off sand from beach walks. About a 10-20 min beach walk to boardwalk. Pictures are accurate and host was amazing! Great experience.

We had a very relaxing two week stay at your ocean front condo. The sunrises from the private deck were breathtaking. It was located an easy walk to many restaurants. The condo was equipped with everything we needed.

We greatly enjoyed staying at this property. It was just as described and the views were absolutely stunning. The kitchen was very well equipped which was a pleasant surprise. The only thing I would change would be a better description of how to get the key out of the lock box to get in the unit upon arrival. We loved staying at this property and would be happy to stay there again

We were the unlucky guests staying the week that Tropical Storm Debby hit Carolina Beach. VRBO limits to 1500 character reviews so there is not nearly enough space to tell our full story. To summarize, the views are amazing as promised & the unit is very very clean, but God forbid a hurricane or tropical storm upends your booked trip, the owners will not bother checking in on you or your safety, nor offer you refunds (partial or otherwise) or re-scheduling. They apparently are running a business (no shame there) and they have made their money, and you are on your own. Since hurricane season runs from April to December, ask yourselves if it’s worth the risk & your money, knowing that the history of the owners is to be completely hands off & leave you to your own devices if a massive storm hits. We traveled w/friends staying in another complex further up the beach. The owners of their unit reached out to them when the storm hit, offered advice, etc etc etc & offered a partial refund (wow!) when they chose to leave when the rain started. This wasn’t just a thunderstorm; this was a tropical storm that circled & pummeled the beach for 4 days, dropping 18 in of rain. Potential for flooding, road closures, etc. Knowing that others were refunded and we never heard a peep from the owners of this unit tells us to stay elsewhere next time. This is just our story summarized to under 1500 characters. Your money, your decision. But the customer service is definitely lacking here.

Our family had a really amazing time at this condo! Unbeatable view, awesome beachfront location near the boardwalk. The unit was clean and well furnished, with a panoramic ocean view. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to vacation.

Only stayed one night, paid for three. Could not sleep would have expected a better-quality mattress. Hairs on the sheets, did not bother contacting cleaning to come back as they should have gotten it right the first time.
