The kitchen has been renovated to maximize the space and add to the open concept of this marvelous unit. Outfitted with new cabinetry that features soft close drawers, Quartz countertops, and a large farmhouse sink with garbage disposal – this kitchen is the perfect mix of function and beauty. The is a dining area can seat six people with use of the farmhouse bench making this a great gathering space as it seamlessly flows into the living room and to the ocean front patio beyond. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and smart TV which is the best way to unwind after a long day in the sun. br brJust off the living room is the ocean front master suite. Complete with a cozy king bed, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet with plenty of space to store your items, and an ensuite that has a walk-in shower, updated cabinetry, and quartz countertops. The two sound front guest rooms are accessed for the hall near the foyer. The Wrightsville Dunes complex also offers three private beach accesses, spectacular sunset views over the marsh and a tennis court. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking fees will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation.
