Luxury Top Floor Oceanfront Condo! Booking Summer 2026.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo was VERY clean, comfortable, and had all the things you might need. It felt like our own place. The view is even better in person and it was a good location. We would recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in Carolina Beach.

We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back! The condo was clean, had a great view of the beach, and the host was excellent with communication during our stay. We also forgot all of our beach supplies at home so it was nice they had chairs, towels, and an umbrella handy for guests.

Both Jennifer and Bill were great communicators. I had a slight issue with the heater and Bill came right over to help. The condo was as described and more. I stayed for 28 days over the holidays and was able to make whatever dish I wanted for the celebrations because the condo had every pot/pan etc that I could want. The hosts provided starter snacks and coffee pods so I didn’t have to run to the store right away. The view and the beach access was perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here and will look to again myself in the future.

We were visiting the area for the first time and found the location to perfectly fit our needs. The unit was in excellent condition and the host was communicative and provide helpful recommendations. We would definitely stay with them again.

Honestly this condo is the most beautiful place we’ve stayed at any beach in NC! They have thought of everything. It’s completely updated with gorgeous fixtures, furniture and decor. The kitchen was so clean and had everything you need. The owners are very responsive and give you every peace of info you need. Perfect location. We could walk to so many shops and cafes. Definitely recommend and will stay again

The view was outstanding. I love to look over healthy dunes onto the NC beach and sunrise!

The condo was great couldn’t ask anything more. Probably one of the cleanest and well kept condos we have ever stayed at. Had a little hiccup when we arrived but owners jumped on it quickly to resolve the problem. There above and beyond respond was greatly appreciated. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Beach view and sounds even in the bedroom when trying to fall asleep. Easy access to beach and quick drive or walk down to the boardwalk and other restaurants!

The top floor condo has an amazing view of the ocean! Perfect place to wake up and have your morning coffee. There was plenty of room for the three of us. We found it very clean and cozy. Highly recommend! The pool was also very clean, although we did not use it while we were there.

Had a nice week. The condo was sufficient. Clean. Host very responsive. Not sure it should be marketed as a luxury condo. The couch is very low sitting and not the most comfortable. Guest bed was not very comfortable. No real storage in the kitchen for groceries but we made do. Nice that a Keurig was provided as well as a regular coffee pot. Just feedback - not meant to be negative in any way. The complex seemed to have great insulation to cut down on noise as we didnt hear guests on either side of us, which was great! We enjoyed our stay.

Communication was great we appreciated the early check-in. It was nice to have oceanfront view. Would appreciate some soap in the bathroom and shower. Overall good stay!

This was a great place to hang out before and after our daily adventures. It felt homey. Especially nice to have the top balcony ocean view to take a break and take in the crashing waves, sunrise, and nature doing its thing (we saw a pod of dolphins one morning. We used the provided beach chairs and football - lots more beach equipment provided. All-star condo! Thanks!

We loved everything about the place.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and in a fantastic location, just steps from the beach with an amazing view—we even spotted some dolphins from the balcony. It was super relaxing, and having beach chairs provided was a nice bonus that made packing easier. There were plenty of things to do within a mile, which made getting around simple. The only downside was that the parking was a little tight, but overall it was a really enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

We felt so relaxed here. The unit was clean and comfortable and the view couldn’t be beat! The host left a list of recommended restaurants in the area and we tried quite a few - they were all delicious! The listing was accurate; the unit was exactly as described. The kitchen was really well stocked and the entryway closet had tons of staple items you’d need if you were heading down to the beach, most notably 4 beach chairs and an umbrella (but there were lots of other goodies in the closet too!). It was really nice to not have to pack our own chairs and umbrella. We are so happy we chose to book this property - it was the perfect getaway for us. Thank you for a great vacation!

This place has an amazing view, and the location was perfect, with a close walk to North End Mini Mart and driving distance to Wilmington. The hosts provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Unfortunately, due to Hurricane Debbie, it rained every day during our stay. However, it was nice to have a TV in the living area and the bedrooms so we could enjoy movies in both spots. Also, we loved visiting the local shops, dining out and going to Wilmington on all of those rainy days. We also had a window or two to sit by the pool. Thanks for being a gracious host!

We had a wonderful family vacation in Carolina beach with amazing views. We enjoyed the pool, local restaurants and the condo was very comfortable. Check in was easy and the host communicated effectively before, during & after our stay. We plan to return next year!

Our family of 4 (kids 10 & 12) stayed for a week in early July and enjoyed our stay. The condo had comfortable beds, nicely remodeled bathrooms and the kitchen amenities that we needed for our nights in. Our 10yr old enjoyed the sofa sleeper and the puzzles were a hit for all of us. Pool was a great option post beach or on threatening weather days. Pictures are right on; it’s a 3 minute walk from door to the ocean!
