Our family of seven loved staying at this wonderful home! The pool was refreshing. The beach is just steps away from the home. The house was beautifully furnished. The views of the ocean from the beach were spectacular. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking family meals. Communication from our hosts was prompt and helpful. We will happily return next year!

Great ocean view with nice beach access.

Both the house and the host were top notch, I don’t think I’ve had a better VRBO experience than here. The house was clean, perfectly appointed, and comfortable. The location was amazing; easy access to the beach and town, and the pool was perfect to balance the beach. The owner offered helpful local suggestions, including a half day fishing charter and golf cart rentals that made it easy for us to book through. The owner was incredibly responsive and clearly cared that we enjoyed the property. Thank you Jim!

Odyssey is wonderful. This was our fourth year staying there. Fantastic waterfront location. Great floor plan. Elevator helps with moving in and out plus helpful for elderly family members. Super clean.. Well stocked.. Bright and cheery. owner lives close by just in case you need something. We plan on returning next year. This place is hard to beat.

Excellent rental for a big, multi-generational family. Location was great, house is large and well appointed, and Jim is an accommodating and very responsive host. “Best Beach Week Ever” was heard more than once!! Many thanks for a great time.

We had a great time the house was comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, the pool was great, and the ocean was handy. The sliding glass door in the living room slides very hard but else it was great!

Had a great time. House was extremely clean. The owner supplied extra dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, etc. The pool was clean and very relaxing.

Stayed for a weekend with a large group and it was excellent. The owner communicated efficiently about any questions we had in advance and gave a detailed payment plan. The house amenities are exactly as listed and the property comfortably handles large groups.

The stay was perfect. We hosted a family weekend at the OdySea in Carolina Beach. The property is amazing in a great location. The property was clean and in extremely good condition

The property was beautiful! It was exactly as described. We had 13 adults and 1 child (5 y.o.) in our group. There was more than enough space for us to hang out all together and also for us to break away for solitude when needed. The kitchen was AMAZING! Plenty of space, double ovens, a Kuerig and drip coffee maker were both available. The home had every amenity a family would need - games, beach chairs, books, TV, and internet. Mu husband enjoyed surf fishing, and the family enjoyed walks on the beach. Jim is always an amazing host. He checks in through out the stay to see if anything is needed - which is always a no from us as he ensures that his properties are well stocked.

This house is absolutely beautiful and the views from he patios are breathtaking. This was our 4th Annual Company Retreat and we all agreed this home was by far our favorite. The rooms are spacious and lovely. Jim with the rental company was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

all concerns were addressed promptly. We arrived early and after the place was cleaned we were able to go in. Just about 45 minutes early. This was a big plus for us.
