There is private WI-FI available in the cottage but also in two other locations on the site for your convenience. There are two parking spots available at the cottage. We purchased this home in November of 2023 and live in it 7 or so months of the year and rent from mid-May through mid-October. Our home is on a quiet street about a mile from the ocean (as the gulls fly). Our patio and yard are a private, peaceful, fenced-in garden setting where you can always hear birds and sometimes hear the ocean. There is a small stream behind our home that leads to a pond down the street. The property is on a street directly off of Rte. 1, close to everything in Wells, and a great central location halfway between nearby Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. brbrEach of the three bedrooms has a full bathroom to go with it. The family living area is perfect for relaxing or watching tv on a 65 inch tv. The living and dining space are an open concept to the kitchen and to the patio through large french doors that let in lots of natural light. The kitchen is updated with freshly painted cabinets, brand new appliances, and beautiful quartz countertops and is equipped with all of the cooking tools you'll need. The patio just outside the living room has a fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs and wood and propane options, a 3-burner Weber grill, and an outside table with seating for 8. brbrAs dog owners ourselves, we are a dog-friendly (2 dog limit) rental with a fenced-in yard. Everything in the yard is available for your use--outdoor table and chairs, fire pit, Weber grill, raised garden beds with herbs and vegetables (in season). We also provide 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels as well as bed linens and bath towels. brbrShore to Please is in a convenient location in the center of Wells, and equidistant from Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. This is one of the high-end cottages at Beach Dreams. It is located in Yacht Club, cottage #302. It has a different layout making it more spacious. You enter into the kitchen that flows into a large dining area. The kitchen has beautiful granite and a bar and white appliances. The stove top has a grill. The dining area has a large table with five chairs. You can also sit two people at the bar. The dining area has sliding glass doors that leads into the living room. This can also act as an extra private sleeping area as it has a queen sleep sofa with a new comfortable mattress. The living room backs up to the woods giving it a lot privacy with a really nice view. It also has a separate entrance. All these rooms have hardwood floors.brbrThere are two bedrooms. It is towards the front of the property with a short walk to the pool or the trolley out front. It is a private sitting area out back with a view of the woods.
