Walk or Bike to Moody Beach

Our second time at this perfect home. I can't tell you how perfect this place is. The design, decorating and yard couldn't be better. We hope to be able to enjoy it again real soon. Thank you!!!!!

Amazing place. It was very clean. We equipped with everything we needed. The house was very close to our niece. The walk to the beach is about a half a mile. We like to walk and loved going to the beach. Easy access to everything we wanted to see. We would stay here again for sure. Great place.

Great house, great location and you have everything you need for a great stay!

This house had everything I needed for my weekend stay in Maine! The living area and kitchen were spacious and bright, and everything was super clean. Would recommend this to anyone and hope to return one day!

Fabulous…immaculate, convenient to shops restaurants, quiet residential neighborhood, wonderful workable kitchen with everything any cook might need, fenced backyard with very nice fire pit and chairs, comfortable beds, great towels blankets etc, obvious attention to detail and decor etc etc etc You will not be disappointed. Note: no in-house washer-dryer available Not walkable to beach

Perfect 3 day off season stay. The home is so comfortable and extremely well equipped. It is a bit of a walk from here to the beach but definitely doable....no side walks for the walk though. I loved being right near the marsh areas and enjoyed watching a heron fish. The owners are very quick to respond. Really nice to have 1 and a half bathrooms. Highly recommend this home.

Pictures did not do this house justice! Bright, sunny, comfortable beds. Plenty of kitchen and other amenities and great backyard! We came to the area for a celebration of life and it provided the peace and quiet we needed. The sounds of the nearby ocean lulled us to sleep! We will be back!

This property was excellent. It was very clean, comfortable, roomy. Laid out very well. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The only thing I wish it had was railings for the steps. My sister uses a walker, and it was hard for her to get up the steps. I would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful property and location. The walk to the beach was a nice walk. Lots to do! Perfect way to celebrate my 60th with my two best friends. Thank you, would love to book again next year!

Very clean home along with being very comfortable with a lot of seating for friends. Very close to Moody Beach which we walked to and enjoyed the views and sounds of the ocean. We will definitely will be back!

Absolutely wonderful, sunny home, pleasant neighborhood, all the above. My little girl loved the outdoor shower and the fenced in yard was great for having a 3 year old on vacation.

The house is located in a quiet and convenient neighborhood. The house was very clean, and the area beaches were terrific. There was plenty of room between the sunroom and living room to relax and enjoy the stay. The kitchen was well stocked with many extra amenities. We had a terrific vacation staying at this house.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house was immaculate and the hosts thought of every detail. The kitchen was well stocked as well. We loved being so close to the beach and the neighborhood was lovely. We are already planning our next visit!

The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. It was fully stocked with anything you may need. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. The only complaint I had is there is only one a/c (mini split) in the house. The bedrooms were warm, so we needed to sleep with the doors open to try and keep them cool.

What a charming home on Huckleberry Street. This location in Wells is the perfect spot to peruse the southern Maine coast villages. This home was clean, quiet and had a dream kitchen if you like to cook. Friendly hosts made everything smooth and we would book this home again.

This property is beyond five stars! Comfort, peace and quiet, perfectly clean, stylish and everything you could ever need. It’s a nice .5 mile walk to the beach and the fire pit was the perfect place to gather at the end of the day. Thank for letting us stay there!

My daughter, granddaughter and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your adorable house. It was conveniently located near everything we wanted to do for the weekend. We had a great walk on the beach among other things. Most definitely would recommend to any of my family and friends. I am hoping that it’s available the next time I’m ready to get away again.

The cottage was well appointed with several upgraded features cabinets, fixtures, hardware, cooking appliances, furniture Quality construction and furnishings. Really enjoyed the back sun room. Extremely relaxing. 1 and 1/2 bathrooms very convenient.Definitely will return next year . Thank you Ben for a wonderful home you have shared

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to the beach, the kitchen has everything you would need. The pictures do not do this place justice, it is open and airy, well decorated and comfortable. Contact with owners has been easy and helpful. Would go again.thankyou!
