The home enjoys eastern exposure which makes for lovely sunrises over the bay. Sunrise Shanty is definitely a tiny house but its got a lot of flair and provides great in-town accommodations. brbrSunrise Shanty is a one bedroom, three quarter bathroom house on Ocean Street in Stonington. The cottage is small but mighty in its offerings. The primary access brings you in to the kitchen of the cottage, this space is freshly painted and has some nice updates including a new fridge as well as a small snack bar. From the kitchen there is a 3/4 bathroom with tile floors and a nice glass shower. There is a small set of steps leading up from the kitchen/bathroom space which opens to a living area with large views of the thoroughfare and comfortable seating including an arm chair and a full size couch.
