The property provides many spaces to gather including a formal dining room and a sprawling living room with ample places to relax and congregate. The living room also features a sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping accommodations if needed.

The second floor of Geary Farmhouse includes all three of the bedrooms and a second full bathroom with a classic clawfoot soaking tub.
