The cottage is 3/10th of a mile from town and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, art galleries, bicycle and kayak rentals. It is a short drive to many of the local sites and activities - Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, Bass Harbor Lighthouse, Seal Cove, Pretty Marsh, Tremont and the Swan's Island Ferry.
