Stayed Aug 28, 2025We stayed with two other families for film fest over Labor Day weekend. The condo was in excellent condition, very clean, very nice appliances and furniture. I would say the property is very much as advertised. Three families (all with kids) stayed with no difficulty and with plenty of space for everyone to hang out. Gorgeous surroundings of course and some great views of the valley. It’s a short hike down the ski run to the market and gondola station. Hot tub was clean and operational. Primary suite is huge and gorgeous. Multiple balconies for people to hang out on. We had an absolutely great time. This is an excellent option for Telluride for larger groups. No complaints whatsoever, would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stayed Jul 15, 2025Beautiful view, clean, upper bedroom very hot, deck railing super dangerous, refrigerator is a disaster, carpet tired, no washcloths, back door broken, master shower had to be cleaned in order to barely put out enough water, upper tv very difficult to operate. As a general contractor the overall quality of construction was very well done, log construction super great, finishes very nice, Would stay again with hopes of having some of the concerns addressed.Thank you for allowing us to be guests in your wonderful retreat.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025The most responsive property manager I’ve ever dealt with. Really terrific.i can’t say enough!!!Cabin nice, spotless. Hot tub. Close to the trail, only downside can be a tough walk carrying skis if road is icy.. The ride share program is also a bonus. We love Telluride!

Stayed Feb 25, 2025This was a great choice for our stay. The location was very convenient, with private access to the slopes, and the free dial-a-ride service was a helpful addition. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It had plenty of space and a great view, making it a nice place to unwind. Communication with the host was smooth, check-in was easy, and we didn’t encounter any issues. Overall, a great stay that met all our needs.
