The downstairs level has 1 king bedroom with private bath, another king bedroom, twin bedroom, hall bathroom and a media room with 2 sets of bunk beds. The upstairs level has a loft with a twin trundle bed and a half bath. brbrThe home is designed to appeal to guests that want luxury accommodations for their vacation. We do not allow reunions, parties, rehearsal dinners, etc. City ordinances limit parking to two cars in the garage plus three cars in driveway; excess vehicles subject to fines and towing. The other half is also available as a rental should you have a larger group (info pending). The open concept living area has tons of light and loads of windows that invite the outdoors inside.brbrThe huge back patio has a great patio set, HOT TUB, propane grill, and fire pit. From the patio, the views are wide open looking across dedicated open space towards a mix of white cap and foothills mountain views. Elk and deer love the adjacent meadow and we love that they love it!brbrThere's a beautiful master retreat with a king bed on the main level with 2 more bedrooms and a bath upstairs. The second bedroom has a luxurious queen set-up and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, both twin over full, and a secret playroom with toys, games, and tons more. The dog park is about 1 mile from our home.brbrThe main level (first floor) has a family room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, 2 car garage, 1/2 bath, Master Bedroom and Master Bath. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The home has 2 bedrooms with king log beds (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs), 1 bedroom with a queen log bed (upstairs) and 1 bedroom with a twin log bunk bed (upstairs). All bedrooms have TVs. We also have a travel crib at the house if you need it. However, our home is NOT baby or toddler proofed!!brbrWe also have a small desk area downstairs and wireless internet for those of you who still need to work a little or check email while on vacation. A full size washer and dryer are located on the main level in the utility room. And yes.... we have an iron and ironing board.brbrThe kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including a blender, crock pot, toaster, regular coffee maker plus Keurig coffee maker (bring your own coffee or K cups), microwave, gas range, all utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses and coffee mugs.brbrThere is complimentary high-speed wireless internet and DVR.
