Located on Estes Park 18 Hole Golf Course

The house was very cozy and fit our family of 7 perfectly. The views of the mountains were amazing and we saw lots of wildlife out the windows each day.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful Estes Park home! The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The setting was absolutely spectacular — peaceful, with incredible mountain views that made every morning special. We even had our own personal elk herd right outside the front door! Kris was friendly and very responsive, making check-in and communication effortless. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for exploring Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

This home was perfect for our 5-night stay in Estes Park. The downstairs master suite was ideal for our older parents, and our dog loved watching the golf course through all the big windows. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we happily used it every day. The location was also fantastic — just a short, easy drive to everything we wanted to do, yet tucked away from busy areas. We enjoyed the nearby walking paths, too. Kris was a wonderful host, with excellent communication and even let us check in an hour early. All around, an amazing stay — we can’t wait to come back!

We loved our time in Estes! Estes Park has everything you need to enjoy a vacation in the park. The house was tidy and spacious and about 12 minutes from the Fall River RMNP entrance. Kitchen and bedrooms were well-appointed and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The washer and dryer are newer than in the photos, and we used the grill every night. Kris was super responsive quickly to all our questions.Be warned, there is no AC, but the house has ceiling fans and a variety of smaller fans tucked in the closets. It also stays pretty cool in Estes Park; we didn't need anything besides open windows during the early evening hours all but 2 nights of our stay at the end of June.As an added bonus, the house is a few yards from the 17th green at Estes Park Golf Course, a long par 5 with a creek guarding the green. Watching golfers judge (or more frequently mis-judge) their approach shots provides hours and hours of entertainment from the living room window and patio.Rocky Mountain National Park was simply breathtaking! We saw scores of elk, several moose, lots of marmots and more. Lots of wilderness to explore if that's your thing, but also plenty to do and see with novice hikers like us with young kiddos.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay here! The house was perfect for our family of 6 and 1 doggy and convenient to many of the places we like to visit. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, and the views were great. We saw a lot of elk and deer. We definitely would stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful home.

Over all the site was as listed and very comfortable. A couple suggestion; 1) the dishwasher worked to clean the dishes but the heater and dryer element did not work and the washer smelled moldy (very bad - after we cleaned it with vinegar). 2)The carpets in the bathrooms need cleaning badly. 3)towels did not seam fully laundered 4) saw mice running in the backyard with what appeared to be droppings in the garage. (the interior of the house showed no evedence of mice).

We had a nice stay with family. Downstairs bedroom is cooler, and the upstairs ones are warmer. This place has more utensils than you can count! Owner Kris was easy to talk to. You can see the golf course out front, great for people watching and wildlife too. Checkout is removing dog hair, stripping the beds, starting laundry and dishwasher.

There were 7 of us...we have stayed before..perfect layout and everything we need in kitchen cause we cook a lot.

House sits on near #17 green. View to course was so fun as watched golfers come by and the daily traffic of elk was amazing! We loved the house and location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It had plenty of space for us and our adult children. Beautiful views of the mountains.
