ONE OF THE FEW VACATION PROPERTIES IN TOWN WITH brbrThis condo is very tastefully appointed with brand new flooring as of March 2018 and new furnishings in two full bedrooms and one bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you might need. And you wont be squeezed into a 600 sq ft shoebox! Unit includes a pullout couch so it will sleep 6 total. There is a gas fireplace and washer/dryer. We have two other units in the same building and couldn't pass this one up when it became available. It turned out even better than imagined. We also bought in new single beds and super comfortable memory foam mattresses with full box springs. brbrbrSee more and follow us on Instagram and Facebook at EPDowntownRentalsbrbrSAFETY: If safety features are important there is no need to worry about CO2 as heat is provided via electric baseboards. Building also features sprinkler system to usher to you safety in case of emergency. brbrPARKING: We buy a parking pass for you to place on your windshield so you can park for free immediately across the street. The town has recently implemented paid parking in downtown area which makes access to spots even better. Others pay but you won't. If you arrive before 3pm on check in day and it's a weekend in high season you may need to wait until after 3pm to find a spot. That literally happened to one guest in 2021 as far as I know. Loading zone in front of building makes packing and unpacking even easier. brbrIf safety features are important this is the spot for you. Condo features a fire extinguisher, CO2 /smoke detectors and a sprinkler system in unit and hallway in case of an emergency. brbrUPDATE 3/31/24: Beware of construction in areas of downtown near the loop. You can stay here with us and never worry about construction noise, dirty and dust or access challenges due to the downturn loop currently underway. If you are considering downtown, even if you don’t stay with us, I suggest you look into the location of the place you are considering and see if it is within the loop construction project prior to booking. brbrbrNEED TO ACCOMMODATE MORE THAN 6 Book additional guests in VRBO #479391, 1437090 or #915621 which are just down the hallway and you will be together.brbrDo you like shopping This condo is walking distance to all of the best shopping in Estes Park. You wont have to find a parking spot for your downtown shopping expeditions. You can safely run your purchases back to the condo instead of carrying them with you or leaving them in the car. brbrDo you like dining out There are many of the finest restaurants in Estes again within a few minutes walk from the condo including Ed's Cantina, Poppys, Momma Rosas, The Stanley Hotel, Claires, Starbucks, Kind Coffee and more. brbrDo you like see the beauty of the outdoors and Rocky Mountain National Park With views of Twin Owls off the deck or from inside you can look directly into the National Park. And what could be more convenient than walking along the riverwalk two blocks to the visitor center to board the FREE shuttle bus into the National Park The bus will gain you FREE access to the national park and you wont have to worry about parking. Its easy and convenient and runs every half hour. You can also walk from the condo to Lake Estes and to the Knolls Willow open space. brbrDo you have small children with you The library across the street has many excellent resources for kids and the riverwalk has a playground to the west and in the winter an ice rink. This unit is outfitted with Colorado art, beautifully appointed, and located in the heart of downtown Estes. Large fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, WiFi, and Cable. State of the art air conditioning/heating system newly installed and very comfortable. Enjoy provided snowshoes, hiking sticks, and a backpack as well as many other necessities for your Rocky Mountain Adventure! Centrally located downtown above shopping in walking distance to shopping, dining, golfing, Lake Estes, movie theaters, and the well known Riverwalk. Sit on the deck and enjoy the parades along Elkhorn Ave, or stroll along the Riverwalk located right out the door. Fishing, hiking, climbing, skating, and of course, shopping are all within minutes of your stay. While Starbucks moved out of the building they are still within walking distance and Kind Coffee is only 1 block away. Starbucks leaving has actually created less foot traffic, parking and noise from deliveries or trash service. And again, its still close. Our prior guests love the location. brbrThe loft is set up with a private bedroom and a second living room/bedroom to easily accommodate four guests. The kitchen and dining areas are huge and offer a comfortable place to stretch out and enjoy. If you have trouble finding the listening please message us for help.brbrThe home is a 1600 SF 3 bed, 2.5 bath, modern, mountain townhome that is half of a duplex. The other half is also available as a rental should you have a larger group (VRBO# 1281527). The open concept living area has tons of light and large beautiful windows that invite the outdoors in. brbrThe back patio has a nice patio set, HOT TUB, propane grill, and fire pit. From the patio, the views look across dedicated open space toward a mix of majestic white capped mountains and foothills. The elk and deer love the adjacent meadow and are seen grazing frequently!brbrThere's a nice master retreat with a king bed on the main level with 2 more bedrooms and a bath upstairs. The second bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. brbrThough the home has two HD TVs with DVD players, cable TV and WiFi it is also loaded with board games, cards, and children's books and toys. brbrThis home is located on the west side of town, very near the main entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and is just 2 miles from downtown Estes Park. brbrThank you for viewing our listing! You can call or text 303 949-9762.brbrThis absolutely beautiful and spacious condo was completed in June 2008 and Remodeled in Feb 2020 and is located on the River in the heart of downtown Estes Park. Don't try to squeeze your family into 600 or 700 SQ FT. This quiet building has only a few residences with businesses below. New hickory floor, new sectional couch and decor in Feb 2020. Brand new mattress in master as of October 2019. There is a coffeehouse, an art gallery, an antique store and others just downstairs while there are several restaurants and additional shopping all within walking distance. The visitor center with FREE shuttles to RMNP is a short walk. The shuttle bus will allow you to avoid the hassles of trying to find a place to park. You will also enjoy easy access to Lake Estes, bike trails and shopping also all within easy walking distance which means after you place the town provided parking pass in your car you can just leave it sit for several days if you wish. Condo has wonderful views of the Rocky Mountains and the deck overlooks the Big Thompson river below. At 1400 Sq Ft you wont be squeezed in like in so many of the other Estes Park condo or cabin properties. Get more for your money! You can fish, bike, or run the trails literally right outside the door. All new comfortable furniture, fireplace. high definition 42' flat screen TV, Air Conditioning and in unit laundry make relaxing in the condo easy after a day of exploring the Mountains. This is THE NICEST condo in downtown Estes Park. You will love staying here but don't take my word on that read the reviews. Loading zone in front of building makes packing and unpacking even easier. brbrIf safety features are important this is the spot for you. Condo features a fire extinguisher, CO2 /smoke detectors and a sprinkler system in unit and hallway in case of an emergency.

If you don`t want to drive, you can walk about .8 miles to some of the any shuttle stops (the town offers a free shuttle in the summers).brbrNO SMOKING, NO FIRESbrbrMy home was about a quarter mile away from one of the largest forest fires in Colorado history a few years ago, so we are a strict no-smoking property. No smoking inside, outside, and no outdoor fire pits (now illegal in Estes Park`s vacation homes). Charcoal BBQs are banned.brbrROAD CONDITIONSbrbrEstes has a great plow team and our driveway will also be plowed during storms, but if there`s a huge blizzard, they may not be plowed exactly when you need them to be. We cannot assist if you get stuck and we always recommend that people rent AWD or 4WD when visiting us from October to May. Also nearby is a mini golf course, the Rock Inn, and Smoking Daves BBQ. brbrBecause our home is on the west side of town, you don`t need to get stuck in downtown traffic getting into the National Park. The Park Entrance is about 5 minutes away.brbrDuring the summer, there`s a free shuttle bus that goes all over Estes Park and into the National Park. You`ll want to walk to the Stop 3 (Manor RV Park) or Stop 4 (National Park Village, where the nearby Country Supermarket is), both of which are within a few blocks` distance.brbrNOISEbrbrEvents, loud music and noises, and parties are strictly prohibited. Please be respectful of your noise levels.brbrThe house is equipped with NoiseAware which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so I can give you a heads up. It does not record content, it only measures decibel levels so your privacy is 100% guaranteed. Guests are not to unplug it (we will also be alerted if that happens).
