Beautiful Estes Park 2 Bedroom Loft in the ❤️ of town with Air Conditioning

Perfect location and perfect size for our family.

It was in a great ares. It was walkable to everything we needed.

It was an over priced stay. Cleaner was still there when we checked in at 3:10. Andy wasn’t very good at communicating. Was there for a wedding and we were an hour past check out and received a hostile call from Andy. Paid $430 for one night he was mad about us not leaving at 10. Don’t get me wrong we should’ve been out but we were not even there for a day. Andy is kind of a dick and we didn’t make a mess at all. Grabbed lunch and drove by the place again on way out of town and the cleaners were just chilling on the balcony. Don’t recommend

The location is perfect if you want to be within walking distance to downtown Estes. Close to good food and shopping. This location is on the second floor but there is an elevator for ease. Would definitely stay here again.

Arrival was simple at Andy’s place. The loading zone in front, elevator and stairwell all were convenient to the unit. The location in the middle of Estes Park can’t be beat. Parking across the road was convenient and easy to use with the provided pass. The unit itself is much bigger than you would expect in this building. It was well outfitted. The kitchen and bathroom were both very large and we loved the refrigerator. Restaurants and shops are nearby and even in the same building. Walking the river right behind the building was beautiful and enjoyable. And Estes Lake, the golf course and the visitor’s center is just down the road. Andy was very responsive though we really had no issues. Great stay!

Great, clean and spacious apartment and location. Easy to walk around the city and access to the Riverwalk right behind the apartment. 20 mins from RMNP.

My husband, 2 teens and I had a wonderful stay in Estes Park. The apartment is perfectly located near the grocery store, on the main road with shops and restaurants, close to parking and with beautiful views. Andy was responsive and helpful. We fell in love with Estes Park and would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed here for a getaway with my girlfriends and it was perfect! Right on the Main Street for shopping and restaurants. The place was clean, kitchen had all the dishes we needed, beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

The property was the perfect mix of beds, bathroom, location and price for our snowshoeing adventure in Rocky Mountain National Park.

Our family came here for the Thanksgiving holiday. The condo was clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. We appreciated the extra touches like games, books, and DVDs. The location was perfect for walking around the lake, going to the dog park, and shopping downtown.

Great 2 bedroom condo with all the amenities we needed. Downtown location made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants! Quiet, clean accommodations!

My husband and I loved the place. It was the perfect size for us and we found everything we needed. We had family staying close by and this location is central to lots of options. We enjoyed going to RMNP! Beautiful scenery! Andy was very responsive. We would definitely come back!

The condo is so convenient for restaurants and a beautiful stream runs on the back side of the building. We lit the quaint gas stove in the evenings. The living area is larger than it appears in the photos. Other reviews mentioned complaints about a noisy refrigerator but it must have been fixed because I didn’t hear it.

Overall was a great place to stay. close to eatery's, easy access to main highways, clean and quite. Check in and out was a breeze.

First and foremost, our Host, Andy is wonderful! He is very informative and attentive, checking regularly to be sure all was going well! The Condo is exactly as pictured, comfortable (the Air works great!) and in the perfect location! Everything you need is right outside your door, restaurants, grocery, great little town with both wonderful views and shopping! If Estes Park is in your future travel plans don’t miss the opportunity to stay here. We were very glad we did!

Just as advertised, great location and nice space for a family of 4. The host provided thorough instructions and it was very convenient for our visit to Estes Park. He reminded us of the need for timed entry into RMNP and quickly responded to all communication. Overall a great experience!

Location is downtown right on highway 36, close to restaurants, the living room furniture is uncomfortable no place to put your feet like ottoman, the refrigerator needs replacing compressor makes a lot of noise icemaker does not work, dining table legs were loose, light under cabinet is burned out, awning window handles are not attached to frame so you can’t open or close windows, ac works good, other then miscellaneous problems with unit we enjoyed our stay in estes

We stayed here for several days. The location is perfect for being able to walk to stores, coffee, restaurants, and the visitor center. Parking was across the street and easy with the provided permit. The loft had all we needed. The loft faces the street but we never found it to be noisy at night. The river walk is right behind the loft and was beautiful. We'd stay here again.

This was our second stay at this property. The location can’t be beat and it was very clean and well stocked again. We will stay here again on our next Estes trip. Thank you!
