Situated less than 100 yards from the sand, this is perfect for groups looking to enjoy the sun, sand, and waves. With 3000+ square feet total, there is plenty of room with the added benefit of privacy between the two units. Both units come with their own garage parking (1 car each), full size laundry facilities, stocked kitchens, large living areas, patios with BBQ's, and beach chairs.brbrThis 3000+ square foot townhouse style duplex consists of two separate units that are open & airy with lots of room! The back unit was finished being remodeled in 2016 and the front unit was remodeled in 2017. With high end finishes and appliances, there is nothing to not love about these units. The front unit has 4 bedrooms with 3.5 baths and the back unit has 4 bedrooms with 3.5 baths.brbrThe downstairs for both units consists of the kitchen, dining area, and family room. The rooms are open with high ceilings and natural light. There is also a powder room downstairs along with the full size laundry facilities.brbrEach kitchen is outfitted with high end appliances and an assortment of spices, oils, and other cooking basics. If needed, we can hook you up with the local bike shops so you can set up some rentals if wanted. brYou will have the whole 1st floor including the porch out front. There is also a free laundry room located in the building behind you for your use. We will have a manager on-site to help with check in and check outs. The manager's numbers can be found on the fridge, are on call at all times, and can be there in less than 10 min. for any issues. Located centrally to the Newport Pier, there are literally hundreds of great places to eat, shop and play within walking distance. With a safe & friendly town square 40 yards away, this is a great place for parents to let their kids roam with no worries. We can possibly provide up to 2 parking spots depending on size of vehicles and availability. (HUGE for summer rentals.) First booked, first reserved. Just five homes in from the boardwalk and Newport Harbor, The Cottage enjoys one of the best locations around - the open ocean is about 15 minutes away by foot and ferry; the Island's many shops, bakeries, and restaurants are just down the street; and Fashion Island, one of the country's premiere shopping centers, is five minutes away by car. brbrThe Cottage is approx. 1,600 square feet and is beautifully decorated in a California beach motif. It is clean and well maintained. It is an original home but with a number of upgrades, including: double-pane windows and remodeled bathrooms. The kitchen is original with tile countertops. There is a view of the water from one of the upstairs bedrooms.brbrThe bottom level consists of an open den and dining area with a table that can seat six to eight; a small bedroom with a twin bed; a bathroom (shower, vanity and toilet); and a full kitchen (gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator, small appliances). The second level consists of three bedrooms and one full bath (remodeled with new tub and tile, vanity and toilet).
