The lower level of this split-level home features an open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, all enhanced by beautiful ocean views. The living space offers comfortable sofa seating and additional chairs arranged around a TV, creating a relaxed setting to unwind. A dining table provides space to gather, while patio doors open directly to the oceanfront patio, inviting in the coastal breeze.

OUTDOOR SPACES:
The oceanfront patio features comfortable seating with views overlooking the boardwalk and beach, creating the perfect spot to unwind. A propane gas BBQ grill is also available, ideal for sunset cookouts by the coast.

KITCHEN & AMENITIES:
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 2BR/2.5BA split-level ground-floor residence. This includes all interior spaces and the oceanfront patio. The upstairs 3BR/2.5BA residence is not included in this listing, but can be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate larger groups. See separate listings or contact our office for more details.

SUPPORT THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY:
We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful and seamless stay. While we respect your privacy, our team is available to answer any questions or address any needs that may arise during your visit. We will not be present at the property during your stay unless assistance is requested.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Tower fans are provided throughout for your comfort.

Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.

Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, two twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements with our office.

Laundry: A washer and dryer are located inside the residence, with complimentary laundry supplies provided.

Parking: Two tandem spaces in the carport and a single subterranean garage on the right side. General street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available. Keep all vehicles and valuables locked at all times. CAUTION: EXTREMELY LOW OVERHEAD CLEARANCE. Large vehicles, vans, and SUVs will not fit.

Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.

Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.

Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.

City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The property manager was wonderful and extremely responsive. Even though being on the ground level on this side of the beach meant we didn't have a view of the water, the beachfront location was still fantastic, and we had a great time! We would definitely return for another visit.
